Can anyone tell me how Nealin Neal died? Did he have a family? I knew him when we were both teenagers, about fifty years ago in Kansas City! Sorry to hear that he's gone.

Why don't you just lay it out Joseph. You never were serving in Iraq, and most of what you have posted is untrue. You dropped out of the Army. You're nothing special. . . As for earlier messages, what I had to say made perfect sense and was not contradicting in the least. Most of the Neals are bad. About fifteen are good. If you realize the number of Neals there are then what I say is so clear.

First off I was injured in Fort McCoy April of 2008, never had the chance to make it to Iraq, but would gladly go in the place of anyone. You would be smart to ask my old unit the 955th Engineers at Ft. Leonard wood, if I VOLUNTEERED FOR ACTIVE DUTY...TRYING TO GET SHIPPED TO IRAQ. I had the paperwork filled out and when my home unit got orders to go to Iraq (Camp Liberty) I was the first one hopping and popping to go. Don't question my service because I served proudly. Ask any man or woman in the unit. Also I didn't drop out of the Army I was medically discharged and I fought to stay in the army for over a year. I agree with you im nothing special but at least I'll stand up face to face with anyone who has a problem with me or this family. Sure I'm human, made mistakes and done dumb things, but I've turned my life around and I wouldn't change anything. People like you that run their mouth and hide behind a computer screen instead of meeting face to face are the lowest life forms on this planet. I sleep good at night knowing I have had ups and downs in life, but never back down.
just curious

No disrespect to you, but I am curious to know why you stated earlier in a post that you WERE serving in Iraq and later quoted you were glad to be home? Now you state you never were there,,,so why dis you lie?

To clarify "just curious" the statement I made of serving "in Iraq" is inaccurate. In January of 2008 we mobilized and were in Ft.McCoy, Wisconsin in transition before we shipped to Iraq. Unfortunately I got hurt during the training in Wisconsin and didn't make it. I apologize for typing a incorrect location of where I was at that exact minute. If anyone else has anyquestions feel free to find me via FB (Joseph Seth Lawson Neal) I have said and done some stupid stuff in the past, but nothing that I won't admit to. I'm as human as anyone else, but I certainly am not a liar. I'll gladly take a lie detector if you feel like footing the bill in Springfield, MO.

I am a Neal and I am sick and tired of being compared to the others...not all are bad I am one of the few that has a spit clean record and chose to live my life right. Shut ur mouths about the neals some of us unfortunately have to share the last name and even me who is in a different state gets the look of shame. And let me just say I am very very closely related by blood.

Very well said...you should be judged on your own merits. Thank God folks don't judge me by my relatives or no one would talk to me at all. People need to look at an individual and not who they are related to.

First of all the prisons should keep people like this in them if they are that demented and all they want to do I hurt innocent members of society. Why was this woman killed? This man will be going back to prison only to be given three square meals a day (most of us due to economic times might get two), a warm bed, gets to play dominoes and shoot the breeze with the boyz all day, showers to be squeaky clean off the tax payers, did I forget to mention this idiot doesn't have to worry about being a real man and holding down a job like a NORMAL person would. What would cause him to kill this woman? One day it will be his turn to be on the hotplate. No matter how bad you are with or without a gun, there is always someone out there that is better. I hope this person gets what is coming to him for this senseless killing. I don't give a darn how bad him or his brothers are, I can promise you that a bullet doesn't have to take you out to kill you but a carefully placed one can have you sitting in a wheelchair having to sit there while some one else has to wipe your cornhole for the rest of your life. Sad to say but there are a lot of extremist groups between Houston and Plato to include the KKK, Aryan Nations, and now Mexican Mafia as well.

Nealon was the best looking boy in my class at Standard School in Bakersfield, CA I don't know I was just looking at old school photos, and he was truly adorable. Always wondered what happened to him...sorry to hear about the family troubles. I remember that he came from a big family.
