SD hog farm starts up year after large protest

MARTY, S.D. A year ago, protesters stood across from a long line of law enforcement vehicles at the site of a hog farm under construction, where they assembled to oppose the smell and health problems they said it would create.

Would you want this hog farm within 1 mile of your child's day care? I think not.Since they will not cease I will not eat/purchase any pork products that come from this farm, or for that matter from anything of the 11 investors of Hull, Iowa. Which means no more brats or hotdogs at the ball park. I refuse to contribute to their profits. this is a sacrifice as I love a good BBQ pork steak -
