If to be stupid qualifies any US born citizen to be US President, then Sarah Palin qualifies to be one.

That "executive experiance" bit is lame. After seeing her speak, I don't think she is even qualified to be Governor. Amazing that suckers like you get taken in by the hpe that she's a average American, her actions shows she just a small time crooked politician, ignorant and uninformed.

Talk about ignorant and uninformed. Biden has been in the Senate for 35 years and to this day doesn't know what the Vice President's Senate role is? You would think in 35 years he would have come to know that. Who knows someday he just might get the job.

I love the little jibe at Feminist Liberals who apparently have no maternal instinct, are incapable of being married for two decades and obviously hate children, especially with mental disorders! Let's generalize a little.

It is easy for people who are living comfortable little lives to not particularly want change, or want it to be 'organic' and similarly comfortable. Change things if you must, just don't bother me with it, like gradually turning up the heat to boil a frog? Tell the 500 + families who are now homeless in Boston because of the Subprime crisis that we need slow, non-disruptive, organic change, even if winter is coming on.

Sorry Brooks, change is painful and it is disruptive and you're going to have to suck it up. I'd rather have Biden in the co-pilot's seat than an executive who thinks she has foreign policy experience because Putin flies over Alaska to get to D.C.

Binden in the senate for 35 years is change?
Will he call an Iranian 'clean and articulate' during a meeting?

Biden will put this country at risk.

It seems easy for some to dismiss Mrs. Palin for lack of experience. But if my memory serves me right wern't George Bush, Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, and lastly William Jefferson Clinton all Governers before being President of our nation. Perhaps we should step back and reflect how we would be as President of the US. I would rather have someone that is used to making decisions for the greater good of her state.Presidents only need to have a vision or idea, but mostly common sense and the best interests of OUR country in mind. People should remember that every President has "advisors" who actually advise them and give them options to choose from in situations that require a decision. Governers cant just decide to to vote or choose "present" when a decision has to be made. I choose MaCain / Palin

In the case of Governor Bush, who has had a stellar two terms in the White House, there were some deceptive campaign tactics used to sell the American people on his Executive credentials. We were told that as the governor of one the largest states in the nation, he understood what it meant to be the executive of a huge constituency. Yet, only those who have studied Texas government would know that the vast majority of executive and administrative power in Texas lies with the Lt. Governor. Rick Perry was the one who was taking care of Texas while Bush took credit for it in his campaign to make up for a lack of experience. Texans will generally vote for the Republican candidate regardless and everyone outside of Texas were none the wiser.

Palin as the GOP VP choice is both placating and patronizing, trying to capitalize on the "Change" incentive many Obama supporters are drawn to while pulling at the ovaries of female voters/former hilary supporters. She is a tactical choice, not a strategic one. Her lack of experience on a national level (even her understanding of national politics) won't help McCain in any way should he be elected. Biden is a veteran Washington insider that balances Obama's abbreviated senatorial career.

Palin is a poor choice because she was not a long term goal choice. She was a campaign choice. This is a person who has literally admitted on national television that she doesn't know what the Vice President does every day and that she has foreign policy experience because Russia and Canada are "just over there".

I live on the border of Mexico and the guy who fixed my roof last week was Romanian. I guess I could be Vice President too.

Damn straight, her experience qualifies her to run the local PTA, pose for MILF Monthly, or be an ignorant, demagogue puppet.

Americans -- Your messiah is here

According to Farrakhan, the Muslim messiah "Obama" has spoken and is going to bring "Change" to America.

Question: Is this the kind of change that YOU were waiting for?

Biden's only qualification is his many years in the US Senate. However his slip of the tongue can put the US in a dangerous situation with regards to foreign relations. I have been curious as to why he says so many stupid things but it is coming out that Biden has a drinking problem. So, where do we go from here. Sarah Palin will learn and get better. But drunks and alcoholics do not until they come clean and address their problem.

This Obama and Biden ticket is the biggest crock. I always hear about how people are scare about Ms. Palin possibly becoming President. I am more concerned about Mr. Biden.
Who is to say that he wouldnt have to step up to the position. Now, that would be a mistake.

Is it to late to call for another choice for President?

Kudos to you...I can't understand why they don't see it. Can you imagine when McCain dies, what we would be left with? Come on Republicans, wake up. Obama will be our next President. Go Obama and go Steelers....
