Gulfport Woman's Charges Upgraded To Murder

A Gulfport woman is now facing a murder charge. According to police, Diane McKay, 33, of Hardy Avenue, stabbed Vincent Weathersby, 42, in the face and neck. via WLOX-TV Biloxi

If you would read all the previous articles it is clear that this was not self defense.... First of all you have to ask yourself this question, where did this incident take place? Second of all she stabbed this man's tires with a barbecue fork and the prongs from the fork broke off into his tires. After that, she went back to her house and got a knife so she knew exactly what she was doing..... what is that called? PREMEDITATED MURDER.... Lets just state the facts here people...

firs off this is my mom and second she did not mean to kill him now do you really think my mamma had planned to sit in jail over him NO! i was 16 when this happened and now im 18 this man has been beatin on my mamma for as long as i can remember all this just did not start i remember plenty of times seein my mamma with a black eye i done seen plenty of times where he has jumped on her and this one perticular night he jumped on both of us i feel like all these years they have been fighting one was going to go. so you cant just blame her because she was just doing wat any mother would do defend her child. my mamma did not mean to kill this man i promise you she didnt cause its not worth sittin in prison.Now les just face the facts here people..........No one knows what my mamma went through with this man all these years so therefor dont judge her!

Was he beating you when she killed him?? Did she ever call the police and have him arrested?? What other measures did she take to prevent his death from happening?? Just asking because there are always unanswered questions that need to be brought out in the open.
