Ex-Hamburg police officer pleads guilty to theft
A Hamburg man pleaded guilty Monday in Dauphin County Court to failing to properly account for $3,280 seized in drug investigations while he was police chief in Lykens, Dauphin County.

this is not about what is posted,i would like to how to stop internet fraud....i applied on line for puppy from kingston pa.....well this woman out of west right,wanted me to 150.00 and she would send the dog from cameroon west africa...looking into more i found that this has scamed a number od people and wanded to know how to get it back....my concern is this,people are falling for this loosing there money...since i emailed about this dog i have had 3 people email me with 3 different names....i am a concern about our people being taken by by people overseas........
