Can you believe this rat? He's actually trying to get out of prison after all the bull shit lies he told to Boro Council, The people of Lykens, Dauphin County DA's office and the Judge in this case etc...

Lies Lies Lies, that all he knows.

Read some of the facts;

Chris W. R. Wade was sentenced in Dauphin County Court last month to 36 months intermediate punishment with the first nine months in the work release center followed by three months house arrest.

In a motion filed Friday, his attorney, Alan Sodomsky, asked President Judge Richard A. Lewis to modify the sentence, saying prosecutors agreed not to object to probation, then submitted a petition from citizens asking for the maximum sentence.

To Dam Bad Wade! Like you never promised leniency and didn't produce it for your victims, further shame on you.

The motion says Wade is working as a manager at a Leesport, Berks County furniture store, which requires him to work 12 hours a day. The work release center will not allow inmates to be outside the facility for more than 12 hours. The store is outside the 60 mile radius allowed by the center as well.

Deal with it asshole, you brought it on yourself. Everybody else in work release has to.

Our next petition will be, if Wade gets "Community Service" he should have to perform it in the Town he so disgraced, Lykens.
