I am wondering the same thing, We ordered from them 4 weeks ago and cannot get in touch with them. They took the money out of our acct the very next morning and have not responded to my emails and never answer the phone. Needless to say, we have seen no uniforms.

same thing here except i ordered them late may early june but i talked to them on the phone about 4 to 5 weeks ago and they said i would get my uniforms in one week. two weeks ago i got a shipping confirmation but have not seen anything yet. i have sent multiple emails and nothing. I am going to call them again on monday.

Same thing here, it is August 29th and still waiting on an order placed on July 12. Called and talked to someone who told me they see that nothing was shipped and took my order again. Been over 2 weeks since that and still nothing. My account was charged over a month ago.

same , order was supposedly shipped on aug 29 yet nothing now on sept 6 .I am disappointed soon i wll be contacting my bank. they didnt even give me a tracking number

Do not trust Darnell he will take your money and you might get something but it will not be what you ordered!! Then he will lie to you and tell you he is sending out stuff and never does or that he is crediting the over charge back but does not!! Shame on you!!!!

Well, I ordered a work jacket over a month ago, received an email (actually 4...) letting me know the shipped it and that it would arrive between 5-7 business days... That email was sent on November 30th... It is well over the 7th business day. I tried to email them, but delivery failed indicating that the contact email that they have on their site is inactive. I have called my bank, and they are refunding my money, and the claims department will be contacting this crooked fuck! I have called many times with no avail. All it does is ring and ring.... and ring!! I will NEVER order from this company EVER again!!!

I have had a terrible time with Walt's Wholesale Clothing and would not recommend them to anyone.
They do not answer their phones, they tell you items were shipped and they must be lost...they tell you they are going to ship again and even give you a tracking number...but the package never actually ships.
When you do get through...first time or two they are nice. Then if you continue, they are downright rude!
They take your money ASAP and then don't deliver the product! Terrible, Awful.

Never will buy from this company again. They never answer their phones or emails,and when they finally sent out my pants (3months later)half of them were the wrong size. Save your time and money,go with another store.

Placed an order last night (Sept 6, 2012) Called today, took 5 minutes of ringing but got a very friendly rep who answered all my questions. I was told my order will ship tomorrow, despite the initial report of 2-4 weeks. Rep said they cover their bases by giving a long estimate, because sometimes their products, being used, are out of stock. I will report back to this site if I experience any problems.

Same here! We had done business in the past, don't recall any issues, but what a different story now! Ordered August 3, 2012. Money was taken immediately! After a few phone calls to them, items arrived on September 15. Promised extra pants for the delay were not included, but no problem, because some items were the wrong size, some were paper-thin with wear, they all stank. I immediately repackaged them and returned them. The delivery confirmation indicated they arrived on September 19, but they never took possession until the 25th. On October 6, I emailed to see when to expect a refund. Oct 8th, I got a response that it would be placed in my account that week. Today is Nov 2, nothing yet. Just phoned to inquire, was told they would have to call me back. Supervisor is out. If I ever get my $101.37 back, they never have to worry about hearing from me again.

Update: Today is November 17, 2012, and the saga continues. Nov 2, I made a 2nd call that day, spoke to the "supervisor", who told me a check had been MAILED on the 31st of Oct, from West Virginia. Check never arrived. Called again on the 9th. Supervisor not there, the lady who answers sometimes says she has no access to the records. Left my number again. No return call, however I had an email on Monday, that the $ had been refunded that day, Nov 12,and I should allow up to 5 days for it to post in my account.....today is the 5th day, and......you got it ......NO MONEY!!

I have contacted the BBB re: walt's. They've gotten no response either. I just called again today to wish them a merry christmas with the money they've stolen, but no answer. SURPRISE!!

Why, yes I DO know something about Walt's. They have lied about my refund on 3 occasions. Took my money on August 3, 2012, and now, Dec 21, 2012, they no longer answer their phone. I would say they are pretty shady, wouldn't you?
