So I guess i would like to know... the animal cruelty with the cats!!!! clearly a person who could do that should be locked up....that is sick and violent. why wasn't he locked up for a while then??? if someone did that to my pets...i would press charges . u guys did an interview with this guy just a few weeks ago regarding discharge papers that were given to him while being discharged from the hospital.( they werent his) the question is why was he in the hospital?? either way this guy is sick!!!! I feel for the poor mother that had to find her daughter and grandkids in that condition. Shes lucky SHE made it out alive with him hiding in a closet!

I hope that people who read stories about animal abuse and say "so what?" will read THIS story; it's a well-known fact that many people who abuse animals go on to harm humans. "Peace Guy," I agree with you; he'll probably say that the voices in his head made him kill, or that he did it because he came from a broken home and didn't get a bike when he was 10 and that had an adverse psychological effect on him, and so on; he'll MAYBE get a token sentence in a mental health facility and then be back on the street. And people wonder why our crime rate is so high! Anyone thinks I'm kidding, look at past cases of savage murders and see how the killers were sentenced, it's disgusting. As for this case, MY punishment for him would be, well, let's just say the punishment should fit the crime.

Did anyone else happen to notice that "He was previously employed as a corrections officer for Hillsborough County" ? Could this be the reason that he was not considered a suspect at first? Could it be that the officers were protecting one of their own? It would make sense as to why the Sheriff said "he knows who the suspect is, and that the neighborhood does not need to worry about a killer on the loose".

Just the other day on the bus we all experienced
a severly mentally distribed man. He actually
still had on the hosital booties and gown (how in
the heck did this happen)he may have escaped? He was hollering, cussing, very aggitated and very
ssscccaaary (the bus driver too off without him).
I sure hope this isnt the same one, he was going
nowhere in particular just roaming. This is so
awful and to think this boyfriend is NOT a suspect is ludicris and an example of just how our courts are in denial and how they dont want to take responsiblity for all these crazy people. Just turn them into society and hope bullcrap like this doesnt happen. But, as we see unless we do something fast we will all eventually be victims one way or another to this type of horrific tragedy....

My heart goes out to this family- and they are in my prayers. And don't get me wrong, I am in no way saying that she asked for this, but c'mon people... if you are a single mother of 2 children, and you have your boyfriend move on with you, please check out his background first! And if he had that temper with the neighbors, I am sure that he had it with her and the children. She shouldn't have let him in her home to begin with, but after seeing his temper, she would have gotten those children away from him. This is just terrible.

I sure hope there is an increase of concealed weapons permits and a rise on the sale of Glouks. I personally would blow this thing away if given the oppurtunity. He does not deserve his day in court. Sad thing is you know it will be an insanity plea and the scum lawyer that defends him also needs to be shot
