Went there today they put a %10 percent surcharge on your total purchase PLUS Tx the %10 puts most item's above what you can get them at foodlion for. So if you go shopping here add 10 percent to each item to know what really cost and compare. This is one example Ramen Noodles are 19 cent when you add the 10 percent it makes them 21 cent without tax. When were still farmers foods they were 5 for a dollar which made them 21 cents each can still get for 20 cent at foodlion. 10 lb bag chicken leg quarters is 890 you add the 10 percent it makes them 9.79 you can get them all day long at foodlion for 7.90 all day long

We just started chargng 10 percent never did when was farmers foods. What is a food stamp store? Food lion does more food stamp sales then we do. We are very slow this is last ditch effort before closing doors. We also offer lot of organic stuff that food lion doesn't a fresh seafood department. Lots of specialty stuff you will never be able to get at foodlion
