You are not the only one not getting paid. Hardly a week goes by that we don’t stop production because we are on “credit hold” with a key supplier.

Worse than that, we are losing a lot of good people. Good employees don’t have to put up with the crap and leave.

Would you stay here if the job market were better? For now it pays the bills - LM was a last resort for me.

Owning the company gives her a great deal of latitude; it does not however give Sabine her own reality. You have to wonder how long the family will tolerate it.

She is currently get a strong dose of the real world from our customers and the banks. We have been through tough times before but I don’t remember anything like this.

...or crap on whoever she wants. I watched her berate one of her direct reports in the middle of the assembly floor. I don’t know why she demeans people, or more to the point, why they take it. I would be out the door like a shot.
