Great that the landmark gets to stay!

What a waste of commercial space. There is a shortage of places in Lufkin for trucks to get fuel, park, drivers take a nap, and eat since Charlie's Restuarant and the Fifth Wheel were taken by the Texas Hwy Dept.
This intrusion into private business by a bunch of busybodies will just cause the loss of parking space that is badly needed.
