I feel that 4 wheelers and similar type vehicles should be banned from riding on hardtop roads here. This afternoon my granddaughter was getting off of the bus when a 4wheeler being driven by a teenager with a baby in his arms went into the ditch to avoid having to stop for the school bus,and almost hit my granddaughter. This isn't the first time I have observed 4 wheeler drivers blatantly ignoring traffic laws.
