How about we provide better health care for the victims of crime! My children have suffered from lack of health care, along with numerous other factors since their father made the CHOICE to break the law. He victimized us and were the ones suffering! Not him!

bingo,half to three quarters of the inmates never had access to health care because they never had jobs or even thought about it.your asking me to pay for some junkie that puts a needle in his arm then gets sick,thats crazy.another thing is alot of these people are mentally ill because of the drugs they've been putting in there bodys.anybody here ever watch a crackhead dig at their skin for coke bugs?drugs drive people out of their minds then you have a mentally ill person,longer prison sentances for pushers and first offenders would drop the numbers substantially.and i also feel wronged about paying for the healthcare and early retirement of any donut eating chain smoking cop that has to retire for hypertension
