Kelly Stoudt is obviously a poor excuse of a parent, her daughter Chloey was killed by one of her druggie friends. Yet that is not enough of a wake up call to her to change her behavior for the sake of her other 2 children, she doesn't deserve to have custody of those children. She is just endangering their lives and making it possible for something horrible to happen to them like it did to innocent Chloey
