Barry would use his bare hand before asking a republican for toilet tissue...

However, now he lacks the walnuts to cash the check his mouth wrote so he wants congress to make the decision to attack for him!

Barry has perfected the art of leading from behind...

There are more thoughts on this subject that have emerged. First, does the evidence collected prove which side really did it? Could it have been set off accidentally by people who are not experienced with this weapon? Did the rebels use it deliberately to draw us into their war? Are we now going after everyone over the world whom we think are using ‘wrong’ weapons? Are the rebels going to turn out like Egypt? A lot of questions need to be answered before we go into a conflict that could lead to undesirable consequences.

I just want to know how the evidence proves anymore but that sarin gas was used by somebody. Without witnesses or digital evidence, the rebels may have done it. Or something stored may have accidentally went off. Innocent before proven guilty.

According to the U.N., the blood and environmental samples collected in Ghouta were sent to two European labs. U.N. spokesman Farhan Haq said he could not provide a timetable for when the tests would be completed. But under rules of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, which carried out the U.N. inspections, the labs have 15 days to test the samples for chemical weapons residue or telltale chemical compounds caused by breakdown of toxic agents, determine what type of chemical – if any – was used in the attack and report their findings.
If the tests are positive, the labs will not make a determination on who fired the chemical weapons. That would fall to the U.N. to investigate.

US, Russia reach deal on Syria's chemical weapons

Secretary of State John Kerry says that the US and Russia have reached an agreement on a framework for Syria to destroy all of its chemical weapons.

By Erin McClam and Jason Cumming, Staff Writer, NBC News

The United States and Russia struck a deal Saturday under which Syria will allow its stockpile of chemical weapons to be removed or destroyed by next year — easing a crisis over a threatened American military attack.

Secretary of State John Kerry and his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, announced the deal after a third day of talks in Geneva.

Under the deal, Syria must provide a full catalog of its chemical arsenal within a week and allow United Nations inspectors to start working no later than November. The plan envisions the elimination of Syrian chemical weapons by mid-2014.

“There can be no games,” Kerry said.“No room for avoidance or anything less than full compliance.”

If Syria fails to comply, it will be referred to the U.N. Security Council, Kerry said. It was not clear what steps the Security Council might be. The deal includes nothing about the potential use of force, Lavrov said.
