I know i wonder the same thing.. If i didnt have to work 2 nd shift id be at the meetings for little league and football but ive also been told they wont listen to me for 2 reasons. 1- im a female and 2- i dont have the RIGHT last name.... But our kids deserve better!!!!:)

All negative posts about K. Crabtree are from a real piece of s**t named Stump on Inskeep. He has nothing better to do because no one can stand him. He is a real coward and needs to take a bath. He cheats on his wife and abuses the elderly and take advantage of them. He should be fired as a teacher because he treats the kids terrible and so does his stupid wife. He should have been turned into adult protective services for threatening a 90 year old man.

Crabtree deserves to be given hell for being related to the nasty ass Stumps. I had to listen to their crap for months about everyone these people hate everybody and everyboy hates them and they deserve it. I know as a fact they treated an old man (Stump's father in law)like a prisoner and I felt sorry for him.

They got him away from the Stumps. That's good. It wasn't easy though. Stumps had power of attorney. They still have some of his belongings too, the last I heard (and were refusing to turn those items over). Its not completely over yet.

What sounds stupid? Look at the little league, biddy basketball and football boards, they are not going to listen to anyone. They are only interested in themselves. Look at the numbers they have, they are diminishing because of this. NW used to be king of baseball and softball, now we're lucky to win a game. Biddy Basketball has board that self serves. Heard about their last draft what a joke. President's team had 13 kids on it but no one else allowed more than ten. He calls them mascots but no one else allowed mascots that don't have siblings on team. Why haven't they broken league down to 3-4 and 5-6 grades yet. Every other league in county, surrounding counties and southern part of state have. Football.... what can you say. Glad to see that HS coach getting involved. Maybe get some coaches in youth could help out HS team. While I respect people for taking their time and being involved, they have to remember this is youths we are dealing with. Need to do what is best for them such as: setting appropriate ages; stop cursing around kids among other things.

Interesting!!! I just read minutes on the board website. Moved 7th grade coach to 8th grade. There goes chance for those kids, now they lose two valuable years. Wonder if they will even have enough to go out for the team. Parents upset this last year for his inability to coach and his actions and demeanor on sidelines. Heard few mention they were glad their kids would be playing for Larry next year, now that is not going to happen. Few of the parents even stated they had to make their kids finish out the year. Was this a decision in the best interest of the kids or way to keep someone else out? Did the board even go and watch him last year? Why would Scarberry allow this to happen? Unless he doesn't plan on staying and coaching these kids. Would have liked to seen Larry get both teams, his kids learned fundamentals and improved throughout the year. It would have given hope on future of bball at NW.

Ok enough is really enough...It all stems from the people who run the system..The board sucks, the adm.sucks. most of the school bus drivers really suck...if you go for a history search or anster search.. they are all related....you are all correct....drag it down and dirty..

I was told at one time by a member of administration that "the problem with our schools is that "in the United States, we try to educate everybody." !!!! Well, YES....We have a democratic system. Every person is valuable. Our children need the best possible schools to develop in body, mind, and spirit. That's the JOB...that's the MISSION... Northwest has financial problems...no wonder, with some of the dead-weight, greedy, selfish people in control. Everyone needs to stay in contact with what's going on. Topix is a good site for communication...until those dead-weight, selfish, greedy people post slanderous, vile, stupid remarks in an attempt to intimidate and stop progress.

Wow!! I have NEVER in my life seen(heard) sooo many adults acting like children! Most of the posts from people putting Northwest down say how disrespectful the kids are that go there, well what do you think you are doing? You're not ANY better than those kids, so maybe your parents didn't raise or not raise you right? And by the way WE are NOT all like that just because we went to Northwest, Thank you Very much!! Yes, it is true we aren't the greatest at sports, but at least we try and support each other no matter what and so do all the parents! Just look at the crowd of people we have, no matter what sporting event you go to. Oh, and as for someone making a comment about the number of kids Northwest looses, it doesn't have to do with drugs, and it sure as hell isn't any of your business!!! I had a VERY dear friend of mine die in a car wreck the summer before our JR year and he was one of the most decent people I ever knew....RIP JORDAN TYLER DUNHAM!!!!!! And there are countless more who were just kids when they died and didn't get a real chance to start life so you're going to pick on them because God called them out of this world so young? Shame on you!!! I am a PROUD graduate of Northwest High School 2010!!!

The 300th post, topic Northwest. Most of which are bashing a school district from the administration to the custodians to the teachers to the coaches all of which are adults and can handle it. Unfortunatly most, if not all, of the posts are from anonymous people unwilling to let people know who they are are. But the most concerning are the posts bashing kids. Yes Northwest is not perfect but are you? Yes Northwest has problems but who doesn't? Correct me if I'm wrong but is the best way to resolve problems to bash and bitch about them or to go to board meetings and express your concerns while working to fix the problems. If your concerned enough to post on here or have enough free time to post on here then you should go to board meetings and let the district know how you feel. Board meetings being attended by 300 people would do alot more than 300 anonymous posts on topics.
