You do realize that she had a fair trial and was convicted in 1997, don't you?I saw the newscast that morning before we even knew what or to who it happened to. But the things they were telling was very questionable from the police. It appeared to me they were trying to prove things before it was supposed to come out. some things were said which should not have been said by the news and they were given that info by the cops. I have never understood or seen this again. But due to the fact of what I heard, I also believe she is innocent. They seemed to be trying to prove and make up the case on the news is the best way I can say it.
Her conviction has been upheld through numerous appeals over the last 13 years. Darlie is guilty, not because of what was printed in the news, but because of the evidence and testimony presented at her trial. That's how our justice system works.
