The necklace did not have to be surgically removed nor was it "embedded". When they removed the tape put on her neck by the paramedics it fell out with the tape. Read the transcripts.

I've followed this case off and on over the years, and I have to say: Darlie, imho, is completely innocent. Its a sad thing that this poor woman has been wrongly accused, convicted, and still sits in prison for a crime she didn't commit. I agree with the previous statement of challenging anyone to cut their own throat to "prove" Darlie cut her throat. I see noone seems to be arguing that statement. Because deep down you all know she is innocent, and its just easier for ya'll to believe justice was served than to face the truth: the real killer is still out there.*Free Darlie*

I am so angry that someone started this by asking how Drake is doing, then so many people who obviously have super powers decide to turn an honest good hearted question into an online debate over her guilt or innocence ???? Really people maybe he does read this stuff or not but obviously kids that go to school with him do, this young man has been through so much already, I'm sure he's asked his mother any questions that he's had. So all of u people with these crazy psychic abilities, do everlmy a favor and give us winning lottery numbers, cuz u seem to know ewerything!!

Well what do you expect from the state the Bush family comes from,
The justice system in Texas is as CORRUPT as that family, Basically From the top to the bottom in that state the system STINK'S!
I would never go to that STATE even if i was paid
1,000,000,000 $!

Its known in my country that the main thing that comes from that state is QUEERS and STEERS!

How can those detectives and prosecutors sleep at night,

They are the real CRIMINALS!
In other words SHITBAGS!

I have followed this case from the beginning I know she looked bad at the cemetery when she sprayed silly string on their graves but I have never believed for one minute she was guilty not with all the wounds she had, now her husband darinn absolutely 100% I believe he hired someone to kill not only his wife, but also his sons! I challenge anyone who thinks she is guilty to read ALL the transcripts and information on this case and then make your decision it will make you wonder why she is still in prison and he's not!

If an intruder OVERKILLED the boys and just grazed darlie then WHY wasnt she concerned for her SAFETY at the grave chewing gum and silly string? If a MURDERER killed your children and TRIED to kill you then you would NOT!!! be out in the open a few days later smiling in daisy dukes chewing gum and darting your tongue in and out of your mouth as if if was the best day of your life. I could actually see the relief on her face now that the two problems she had were resolved. If you go on the internet it is not about the murder of two innocent children IT IS ABOUT POOR DARLIE ROUTIER! What can we do for darlie, never is it about "LETS FIND THE MURDERER OF MY CHILDREN"!!! Come on everybody get with it and realize this woman over killed her children, as soon as I looked at one autopsy photo my mortal soul cried out in a really loud voice and said GUILTY!!!!!!!!!!NOBODY AND I MEAN NOBODY WANTED THESE 2 LITTLE BOYS DEAD MORE THAN MOM AND DAD! They no longer got to run around the house naked because of those two YOU KNOW WHOS and with the new BREASTS that was a tradgedy. Isnt it funny when women get breast implants everything changes and they want everybody to notice???? It wasnt the first time darlie called her 2 sons get over here you little______s!!!!!!!!!!

Whether or not you believe she is guilty or not there is evidence that has not been thoroughly reviewed. If she wants to have evidence reexamined she should be given that opportunity. I understand that she has been judged as guilty but if she really is innocent wouldn't you agree that she should have her freedom. I personally wouldn't want an innocent person to rot in prison. Just think about it if you were innocent and charged as guilty wouldn't you want the opportunity to prove your innocence. That is all i am going to say about this.
