Well! A female has had the reins for some time now. But I really think that you guys are distracted by this sexiest crap. The fact is that Ms. Combs is allowing the citizens to be bullied around by the people who work under her. And her appraisal departments do whatever they want to whomever they want and no one seems to understand that they are attacking people based on their own opinions and not anything supported by actual facts. I would rate her a one out of Ten because she has forgotten that people have got civil rights, but the real people to blame are your other elected officials whom have subsequently been under mining all the checks and balances in the system. When the head of the Central appraisal district can overrule the Appraisal reveiw board at will, then you don't have a fair system, and the lady in charge in Newton County is nothing more than a big bully because she can't be fired and she is not elected, but whoever is in control of her has a lot to pay for. But as for civil rights in East Texas there is no one paying any attention to them. They pretty much do whatever they want in Newton County and if anything is complained about by anyone they hit this person through any means available to take them out. And as for the state the money sees no evil hears no evil and smells no evil routine seems to be the thing. Just give the County enough time to cover it up or enough room to bury it works for them. Rick Perry's administration touts family Values, but actions taken during their administration do not reflect family values. When the state says that it can name your property a name that you don't like against your wishes then you know they don't give a damn about anything let alone family values. Honor integrety Respect all seem to be forgotten with this administration when it comes to the citizens civil rights. They are even allowing the counties to rename private family cemeteries without getting permission of the owners. I personally haven't seen so much hate issuing from the state in all my many decades of living here.

What is midful? Have you invented a new word or are you one of those who can't even type one sentence and get it right?

Stupidly concentrating on typos and possible keyboard issues aside, you don't have to be able to type in order to vote.

She has had control of the office for the last four years and has made a mess out of it. How do I know, I have a relative who use to work there......he decided to retire early.

Daily Horoscope for May 20

Cancer

Your mind is working well, so give it plenty of exercise. You could get involved in an intellectual discussion that forces you to think things through for yourself, or you might have to do some serious thinking about a forthcoming travel plan. If you're often wary of saying what you think you'll feel much braver about speaking up today, which is good news if you want to fight your corner or express your point of view.
