The West Texas Home Builders Association has selected Vintage Township, a Traditional Neighborhood development, as one of its featured 2009 Parade of Homes sites.

The traditional architecture of the homes in Vintage Township creates distinctive and beautiful streets. Architectural styles include Louisiana French, Greek, Gothic, Colonial, Craftsman, Victorian and other unique styles.

During the 2009 Parade of Homes, Vintage Township will be displaying their full range of home choices from quaint two-bedroom bungalows to three-bedroom cottages (which are perfect for young families or down-sizing empty nesters) to the larger four-bedroom homes featuring all the bells and whistles (and perfect for the growing family).

Also debuting at the 2009 Parade of Homes is Market Hall – Vintage Township’s first mixed-use building. Market Hall offers ground floor retail such as the Vintage Corner Market and professional office condominiums on its second and third floors.

Upon completion, some of the unique amenities at Vintage Township will include more than 30 pocket parks, green space, an amphitheatre for weekend movies, two community pools, a community garden and, at the heart of Vintage Township, a wonderful town center. At Vintage Township’s town center you’ll find shops, restaurants, grocery store, library, a hotel and even an Assisted Living Facility.

At Vintage Township you are sure to find a home that will fit your needs.

Come take a sneak peek and take advantage of our Pre-Parade Special. Hurry! We are 30% SOLD OUT and only a few lots adjacent to a park are left! Click on .

Mike Rebescher, Owner and Developer, is pleased to introduce a new planned community “The Lake at San Joaquin” in Friendswood, Texas. Prestigious lake front and estate lots are available starting at $90,000.00.
Just recently, CNN’s Money Magazine released its 2009 “Best Places to Live”(CNN Money Magazine) listing Friendswood as number 32. Recognized for academic achievements, the school district is a leading factor to the appeal of this city. The strength of the relationships between business owners and residents has enabled this great community to continue to prosper even throughout some of the hardships our nation is facing.
To learn more about this exciting new planned community, please visit or to schedule a meeting or tour of the lots
Best Regards,
