Well that "bitch" was making sure you were properly diagnosed!!!-.-
But I do agree they are horrible, I had a middle ear infection and they were like "It looks like an ear infection" like seriously? duh! Ended up going to the ER because it was horrible and I got prescribed a wrong medication."

So she said "It looks like an ear infection", but then didn't treat you???
she prescribed me wrong ear drops which made it worse...

Do you agree or not? First you put bitch in quotes as if that was offensive, but then you agree they are horrible... Who prescribed you wrong med?
doesn't matter, I was only stating she was probably trying to diagnose them and they do mess up alot.

If you all are so good at diagnostics and knowing exactly what you have and how to treat yourself, maybe you guys can all go to medical school instead of all bitching... Just sayin.

Ya know I'm not sure how long someone has to go to school to become a medical provider, but you would think that it is long enough where they would take their position more serious! I am pretty sure that with enough reports to the proper authority of wrong diagnosing, overdosing and treating patients like garbage that persona wouldn't be able to practice any longer.

I've had good luck there. It is what it is, a glorified first aide station. It's not intended to be a permanent substitute for your primary physician. It's the fast food of the medical industry.

I have a primary care doctor that I see, but when I'm unable to get in and I'm really uncomfortable an urgent care is the next best thing. I in no way use an urgent care for a permanent substitute for my medical care. I'm sure you can even understand my point when I say, "if your food isn't as you ordered it, you will send it back", weather you're at a steak house or McDonalds :)

I agree with what your saying about it being a glorified first aid station, but even a first aid station cares if your treated properly. I wouldn't use any urgent care as a permanent health care stop, certainly not this one! I don't think they are open enough for anyone to use them as their permanent health care solution anyway.

This place is getting the publicity it deserve I see. I don't see much for positives coming from anyone, seems to be pretty much all negativity. Guess that says something about the place.

I was extremely mistreated at this place. No need for it. Absolutely none. My feelings were deply hurt. You made me feel worthless. You made me distrust doctors. You made me fell un-human. I do forgive you. just thought maybe you should know how your actions are negatively affecting others if you don't know already. please treat ALL people with some dignity and respect. This would go a long way in preventing people feeling hurt by you.

Let me just say this...from my perspective, the receptionist is very sketchy and is rude all rolled into one. When you enter into urgent care and see her, the first thing you notice is her bright blue eye shadow and smell her cigarette smoke. The PAis great though, I have not had any complaints with her. I do have problems with the hours...why be open when the doctors are open, they should be open on the weekends instead. It never used to be dirty and smelly in there before the nurse left to go to the hospital to work, that is the problem. No one cleans or opens windows to let in fresh air...yuck. And that makes a big difference!

I'm not sure what it is with medical office receptionists but they are almost all rude no matter where you go in this state. It's a horrible feeling as a patient since that person is your first contact when you're reaching out for medical health. I don't have personal experience with Lowville urgent care but I know how the health system works, and we suck at it.

No, the fact is, 80% of people who comment on a place or write something about anything is trying to say something negative. Positive comments ussaly dont end up on these websites or anything because people dont think about it.

Your right about that! With all of that in mind, people should try and do more POSITIVE things, and stop being such ass holes to ensure they don't end up on a site like this. Unfortunately, this clinic is full of negativity and bad service, so they will forever be called on that fact:)
