Official stands by grant process despite rejection

He should be fired for the lack of attention to this application. He failed at his job..
I would like to know why the other 8 commnunities didn't bother checking the application before it was sent off since it was affectiing more than one city, you would think those cities would want to look it over.
Oh I know why they didn't because someone is being paid as a community development director who should know the process of submitting applications for grants.
