Forest Hills principal gets warning
“As I thought through it more and more, I reached the conclusion that it was something that was best disclosed to parents.”
Aside from a warning not to let it happen again, Forest Hills Northern High School Principal Jon Gregory will not be disciplined by the school district for his November arrest for drunken driving. via Grand Rapids Press

I think it's responsible that Gregory took responsibility for his actions, but I feel he deserves the same punishment that students recieve or worse. I feel this way because he is some one that students look up to, and it just shows that it's OK for him to get a dui. If a student gets one they get suspended for at least two weeks or even expelled. This is some bull shit.

I have known Mr. Gregory since he started at Northern High. He is dedicated to those students and deserves the benefit of the doubt. I don't know the details, but know that this is NOT a reflection of his character.

I was a student of Mr. Gregory's once. He was a fantastic instructor, passionate about his subject and dedicated to the student. Notably, he gave me many, many chances and second chances while in his class. He deserves the same from us. God bless you Mr. Gregory
