Bridge replacement project begins in the city of Lowell

There is a pond owned by Arlin Maas and located on the north side of Fulton St near 11440 Fulton st. The spillway is blocked so the water is overtopping the earth dam, it has started to eat the dam and may not last through a heavy rain.
I think it could damage M-21 when it lets go, or maybe not. It might be worth a look.
