Following fatal crash in Cedar Springs, should there be a dog seatbelt law?

A well-known veterinarian says a dog seat belt law might not be a bad idea following a crash in which a driver distracted by his dog may have resulted in the death of a 2-year-old.

Stop trying to push laws we need to fix the one's that are messed up now !! This is so sad ! Yes but Realy who even know's if it was the dog who made it happen ?.
