What is the latest news with this story anyway? Is Saba at home with a tether all day with his two young children now? When is the next court date? To everyone who is doubting that this guy did anything, why would the police even arrest him then? They have a reputation to live up to too. They just don't arrest someone without any proof of wrong doing. Maybe he didn't kill this Don man, but I think he did do something sketchy. I remember awhile back before Rami was a suspect, the news said that they had someone else in custody that was being questioned with Don's disappearance. What happened to that guy, whoever he was? I hope the truth comes out in the end. Anyone could have done this, not just someone who is ethnic remember.

Well, that is quite the response #366. Like I said previously, doing so called "shady business" does not mean you are a killer. If one of my family members disappear, I would hope that a JURY would convict the quilty person based on facts given in a Court of Law! Are you aware that Mr Saba passed 3 lie detecter tests asking him about the disapearance of Don? My whole point with the first comment wasnt to debate who did what or quilty or not. I was just simply saying don't judge based on race and appearance. Let a jury do it based on facts. If you have an emotional attachment to this case, I am sorry to offend you. I will pray for you and your family as well as the Saba family.

So he passed 3 lie detector tests. Where did you hear that I would like to read it to. A man tries to take all of a another man money while he is missing is in on it. Sorry but sometimes you cant see what is in front of you're own eyes.

I am a family member of Don. We don't care what race or religion Mr Saba is. To steal from someone is wrong in any culture. The evidence leaves no doubt in our minds that he did take some of Don's money and tried to take a lot more. He has not been accused in the disappearance of Don, but that doesn't mean that there isn't evidence, just that it hasn't been released yet. We weren't aware that the Feds were building a case against Mr Saba, in the theft, until his house was searched and he was arrested. The Feds aren't telling us anything. It's been hard and we would really like to know what happened to Don. Mr. Saba said things on the stand that were not the whole truth, and were disputed with evidence by the prosecutor. If you have any leads, please contact the police or silent observer, even if you think is is small, you never know what could help. Please keep Don in your thoughts and prayers and hope that he is still alive and well. Thanks!

We haven't heard that Mr Saba took any lie detector tests. Can you please tell us how how you found this out? How credible was your source? If it is not credible then it is hurtful to post such things. As family members, we are looking for any possible information. If this were really true then the Court Advocate should have been able to find this out for us.

There were no other suspects who were in custody in regards to Don. The police have questioned a lot of people to find evidence. Ethnicity, religion or even citizenship have nothing to do with Mr Saba's arrest. The arrest was based on evidence of forgery and identity theft. It has to be difficult for his family too. The media will be notified as soon as there is a court date or any breaks in the case. There are a lot of caring family, friends and interested people who would like to have answers. If anyone could take walks in the Lowell and Saranac area and keep their eyes and ears open for more information, it would be appreciated. There has to be someone out there that knows something more, but just hasn't come forward yet. Please continue to keep Don in your thoughts and prayers. Thanks!

I feel for all of Don's family. I know you are suffring deeply. I am praying for everyone in your family and the Saba family. My dad worked in law in forcement for 20 years. I will never forget one day he said to me Dear if you for any reason are asked to take a lie dector test refuse it. I will tell you why. First of all they are not allway 100% accurate. Second if you fail they can use it against you and if you pass it doesn't prove your innocence. With that being said, the reason many people have not heard about Rami passing a lie dector test about Dons disappearance is because the procecutor doesn't want people to know. This may hurt his case and I bet if he failed the procecutor would have told the media and he would be in Jail not on house arrest. I also want to say to the family of Don. Thank you for not judgeing Rami on his race or appearance. I was commenting on all of the posted comments and I am happy to hear that those comments were not comming from you. I feel like I troubled you (Dons family) That was not my intention. I just read these comments and thought to my self how crule. How can people say such racest things. I read one comment about his eye and another about his race and another about muslims. The point I wanted to make is these things don't prove murder. I also said to my self this is the community I live in and my children live in what have we become? That includes everything steeling murder raceism and procectution. I fear for the next generation. I am continuing to pray for Dons family and the Saba family. God Bless.

All anybody want's is the truth. I feel this is a good thing to let everybody say what they have to say. We all might think, we are right until we hear another person bringing a new perspective. I think this site is another good tool to help in this case. GOD bless
