That's it! I went there once...not too impressed but then again - you view things differently at 29 than you do at 21.

Anyone remember a store called Mammoth Mart? I think their mascot was an elephant.
I also remember Sears on Plain Street - had all the flags on the roof.
I remember Mammoth Mart with the Pink Elephant - you could see it from the highway!

Sears - I shoplifted there when I was 5 years old. I wanted a pencil with a fuzzy head on the top and mom wouldn't buy it for me so I took it. My brother ratted me out on the way home and she took me back, marched me back in there and made me tell the manager. He scared the Bjesus outta me and I never stole again!!!

I went there a few times to drink the glow in the dark shots.
Actually it's probably best known as Brian's Ivy Hall and it was owned by Bryan McMahon.

Not sure if the spelling is correct.
I was way too young to go there, but I've heard of it from my older relatives. Hey, what about the Foxtail and OJ's?
OMG Nerve...Foxtail was the first bar I got into at 19 when Tootie used to be the bouncer... Heard he went to jail for drug trfkg. or something? My Aunt used to date the Chinky Owner of OJ's Michael Ng...Yech..That's a memory I was hoping to escape.. He had an apartment over the club! I think they were doing coke most of the night.

I don't remember Mal's. Where in the plaza was it. I remember Purity, the old First Bank, CVS. I really don't remember anything else in that plaza.

OMG, thinking back now. Remember how hard it was to get in and out of the plaza on to 3A.
You must remember The Royal Pagoda then....
How about the Cathay Palace in Tewksbury?
Loved the Pagoda - was afraid to eat at the cathay...always seemed dirty to me.

Not sure if the McMahon's owned it when it later becamse LA Ballroom. They owned it when it first opened it was called Brian's Ivy Hall. Eddie was Brian's brother and yes Eddie was once a Lowell patrolman.

Been to all of the above

Best times by far at the Whip - mainly due to group of friends I was with.

Have had many good times at Abbey Road.
