Well I am so glad now that the City Council did not approve the sweetheart deal for Soucy. He wanted the taxpayers of Lowell to carry him and when that did nto happen he hightailed it out of Town, well cya. You never kept your property up in the Acre anyway and then you expect all of us to make you some money. Take the 1.5 mil and take off, that deal would have cost us long term we are better without you in Lowell. A century in the City and you made not attempt to stay on your own, says volumns
