No surprise, except that another company is the victim rather than the state and federal government. Company suing company.

IRS statistics show that more than 60% of small businesses under-report their annual revenue on their income taxes. This will lead to a tax evasio suit also, especially when towns are trying to balance their budgets provide services and schools, etc.

Real greedy, unpatriotic creeps, and their are many, many other companies , under the table contractors, deal in cash only people out there.

have you run a business in this state? there are more than just federal income taxes. in Mass. especially, if you did things 100% legit, after fed, state, and local, you'd be lucky to have any profits left. The real scumbags are the business owners who open a buisness, declare losses for 5 years (the limit), then fold, and open a new business.

If Dunkin' Donuts cancels the franchise agreements, will they sell it someone else to open another Dunkin' Donuts in that town? Could get interesting.

They always screwed up my coupons in Billerica and couldn't figure out the correct sales tax to charge. No wonder if they were dealing off the 'till' instead of 'on the books'.

These are very nice, hard working, honest people that do a lot for the town here. They don't own the shop in N. Billerica. They are not immigrants. They've been operating in town for YEARS. These suits happen all the time because corporate wants more money.

They signed an agreement and are bound to it. They knew what they were signing-all of them do. I am sure they were offered a settlement.

The immigrants work behind the counters and the greedy business franchise owners steal and cheat the bigger business owners who are upset because they are getting less dough than the millions they now hide from the tax collectors. That's the American way.

Cheating is illegal and unethical which is what these frchanise owners are..time to boycott these Boston Road stores for DD outlets that are playing by the rules they agreed to. There is enough greed and coruption in society without having it on Boston Roead in Billerica. also these stores seel two day old donuts that have not sold; they push them up front in the display case.

Its very easy to catch a Dunkin cheating. If they buy enough ingredients to make 1,000 donuts and 1,000 cups of coffee but tell corporate they only sold 500 of each this week - but their dumpster doesn't show the other 500 of each in there - then you know they are lying. Dunkins are not allowed to give away waste to shelters, etc....they must be destroyed at the end of the day......for good reason too..some of the shelters were selling the old stuff . I used to run 2 DD shops.
