A golden heart stopped beating;
Hard working hands at rest.

God broke our hearts to prove to us

This is beautiful...
My kids were friends with Jimmy, my daughter is sad beyond words, and my son is just in total disbelief.
He will be missed, but not forgotten.
I hope all the family and friends he touched make it through this. No mother should bury a child.
My heart goes out to her. GOD BLESS!!!

you people are unbelivable....a good kid? well not when it came to driving or protecting his girlfriend-this was a case or speeding and reckless driving-so fast that a utility pole was sheared off and power was lost to hundreds of people, maybe one of those that lost power was on a machine for health reasons, and lost power, or what if he hit a pedestrian or another car??? did any of you think of that?? talk to your kids!!!! SLOW DOWN you will still get there - and where were the police monitoring the road ways??

Where were the police monitoring the road ways?

Lets see there is about what a couple of thousand roads and maybe 20 police cars,'

What are you stupid,
No Im not a cop, no relations are cops,

Why dont you do something usefull like say a pray for the boy and his family,

i am certainly not the stupid one, i am sorry for the family and prayer for them, but look at the big picture about this - the boulevard is one of the major roads in this community and it is constantly a raceway - the real issue hre is the young man and why he was going so fast that he was killed - so everytime a "good" kid is speeding we should feel sorry for them?? what about the people that this so called "good" kid has affected for many yrs to come and the heartbreak?

I suppose you never speed and you have never been 19. I for one would never go on a rant about someone else when I know for sure I have done the same thing when I was that age. "There but for the grace of God go I" is a quote most of us should memorize and realize this can happen to anyone. You sir are truly a pathetic person to accually sit there and blame the young man, when you have absolutely no idea what accually happened. I walk that area every day and yes it's dangerous, anything could of caused this crash. I pray for the family and both my kids knew Jimmy and his brother as well as I know his father, but regardless, I have 2 children that age and would never say the things you have said because I know that either them or I could easily have the same thing happen to us. "Judge not lest ye be judged"

Rest In Peace Jimmy.

this is not the time or the place to be pointing fingers and name calling. We are adults and should act correctly. I have known this young mans family my whole life and know that his dad raised a good boy. People make mistakes... especially teenagers, i have made many myself and would never make judgement calls on anyone. Judging people is not my job... it is that of our father, Jimmy Sr was raised in our church and his faith in GOD will get him thru this VERY hard time in his life... Love you Jim, Jody, Kim, Jenn, Jean and the rest of your families xoxox

The old sayins; "drive like hell you will get there." Well there you go! This is the reason why cops should cite young drivers and teach them before they kill someone or get killeed themselves. Thank god no one else was killed or some innocent family with little kids, This could have been a horrible loss, instead it ended another self centered self embilished life.

I agree with some of what concerned dad said. There are too many accidents involving people going too fast and being reckless. This is the 4th or 5th accident in that SAME place. All involving young kids. The cops should spend more time over in that area.

You know nothing!!!!Who said he was speeding?? He swerved to avoid a man crossing the street, hit a puddle, hydroplaned bounced off rail and into utility pole. Don't assume anything! You are unbelievable did YOU ever think of that?? He was 19 and cared about his family and friends more than anything. He would drop anything to come help. So shut your big mouth! A 19 year old young man lost his life and your complaining about losing power!!! WOW! What does that say about you???
Unbelievable

How absolutley pathetic are those who write negative comments on here at a time like this. I do not know the family but I have suffered loss and the absolute last thing this family needs right now is the ignorance of others who apparentley only know how to kick when someone is down! It is normal to assume he was speeding but truth is we All do it, unfortunatley he musn't have gained control. Id like to express my condolences to the whole family and especially to his mother! My heart is with you.
To those of you with negative comments, after reading your comments its quit clear your mother may have taught you how to drive but did not teach you- if you have nothing nice to say, dont say anything at all! Shame on you!

Seriously, you people that are pointing fingers here seem to be very holier then thou. I would be willing to bet that ALL of you have sped or done something stupid on the road and were just lucky not to get into an accident yourselves, yet you have the gall to put down this 19 yr old kid and act like he deserved this??? How dare you! You better hope and pray that niether you or anyone you love, especially a child will ever have this happen. I cannot believe the cruelty and stupidity of some people! Instead of pointing fingers and blaming, why don't you say a prayer for the family instead.
