Victim identified in shooting off Tara Boulevard

Clayton County police identified a teenager found shot to death Monday night as Andrew "Andy" Todd Gibby, 19, of Jonesboro.

Iknew Andrew Gibby, he was captain of his baseball team, was going to college in January. He was killed because the suspects wanted his car (It had 22's) One of the suspects showed no remorse and said the plan was to "kill him and put him in the trunk then take the car". Being a thug is not cool, hip hop artists need to make teenagers take notice. Just wanted to make a statement, that's all.

Andrew was an awesome kid!He had everything going for him. Joeseph and Dominic were just HATERS,They couldnt stand to see a Handsome white boy ridin clean. They both really were some Uneducated Katrina TRASH.

Great news! Andrew has a scholarship named after him at Mundys Mill High school.The students raised the money for it!We miss u baby Boy!
