Going to the chiropractor can be scary for some people. The adjusting and manipulation of the spine cause some to stay away, but a new device may change that.

For those of you who need and have found good Chiro,s. they are a miracle. For those of you who knock the practice - you are an ignorant moron - simple as that!

I gree with most of the reviews - the pro adjuster is a scam. I went to a new Chiropractor today who invest in the pro adjuster. As a potential patient - I've never seen such a sell job - had to watch a movie etc. This guy really didn't care about the patient - all he saw was $$$$. I asked what his success ratio was. He was proud to say 50%. He wanted to TAke xrays as well as sign me up for months of treatments. At that point (months later) he said he,d tell me if I would be a successful patient..

If you want effective chiropractic - see someone who,s certified in ART ( active realize technichs).

Ps the reason I was looking for a new Chiro was that I moved from Boston to SC and there wasn't an ART Chiro in the area

I agree. Manual adjusting works much better.
Like most chiropractors, in rare cases I use instrument adjusting such as the activator--maybe on less than 5% of my patients--and mostly for myofascial release, not so much for adjusting.
I use a number of modalities in my office--all complementing the adjustment. I use ultrasound, diathermy, spinal decompression, and of course, cold laser therapy. Cold laser therapy works great for wounds. You often see dramatic results with wounds. Cold laser therapy is big part of my practice where I treat a lot of carpal tunnel syndrome and sciatica. I just love using the cold laser. And man, is it good for treating wounds. Look it up. There are thousands of chiropractors, just like myself, who use cold laser therapy to treat wounds. Just google cold laser, wounds, and chiropractor. A bunch of sites come up in all states and abroad. Tons of cold laser studies for treating wounds are right on the web to see--and done by hospitals and universities.

Like I was saying, mrcody says he makes a living testifying in court against successful chiropractors. That's called being a rat, and a rat, by definition, is a liar. See folks, this is how it works, step by step. 1. Insurance company finds flunky chiropractor who couldn't make a living, then makes him raise his right and and repeat: "I have high moral ingegrity. 2. This flunky must kiss this the head of the insurance company's ring in order to get more work. 3. The insurance company states word for word what they want their hired 'expert'(he he) to say. 4. The 'expert' says it. 5. No integrity needed. The 'expert' will say anything to get paid. 5. Finally, the insurance company warns 'expert' "You had better agree with us on the stand or no syrup on your ice cream tonight.
And that's all there is to it. There has never, in the history of rattting, where a failed chiropractor disagreed with the insurance company on the stand. That failed chiropractor, someone like cody, will lie until they're blue in the face in order to get that coveted paycheck. That's what rats do. Cody is ever so proud to be a rat.

Why is it that this chiropractor can't stand the fact that people with integrity were paid far more than he ever will be to testify?

I know .... because when this chiropractor gets on the witness stand and claims that he can cure wounds and eczema and adhd without ever having the necessary clinical experience ...... he would promptly be ripped to shreds.

Funny thing is ... this quack "expose" above" does not understand it.

look ... anyone who sat through hours of activator "teaching" and never questioned anything about it ....... ain't the brightest bulb. And he ain't gonna be paid to be an "expert" witness, that's for sure.

Let's not forget cody is proud to be a rat. By definition, a rat is a liar.
See, cody failed ever so miserably in practice, then, well, you know, he got angry. And because he got angry he thought he'd try to make a living testifying (ratting) in court against successful chiropractors.
Fact: Insurance companies pay rats to say exactly what they pay them to say.
Fact: If that so called "expert" (cody says he's an expert--he he), does NOT parrot, word for word, what that insurance company pays him to say--then, well, you know what happens--no more work for the rat. So regardless of the truth, the rat MUST, yes MUST give the insurance company the goods--and the goods are outright lies.
Fact: If you put a wig on a pig, and pull the string on the back of his neck which plays the words the insurance company pre-recorded, then, voila!--instant expert!! One difference--I would trust the talking pig over any paid rat--ANY day. The pig has more credibility and integrity.

Hey, look up good ol' Chiroquacker "Doc" David Silverstein and his partner/wife Lyudmila.....they just got a nice prison term for fraud. Ripping off the Welfare system while also ripping off insurance companies for supposed "treatment", living in a million$+ home....Well their NEW home is prison.....Yea...it's low life creeps like this that I just love RATTING on.......their kind is a cancer, that ruin it for the minority of honest Chiroquackers...although that is kind of like a misnomer in itself. Good riddance to all these fraudulent Chiroquackers.

he he he
What a loser this cody creep is. There might be one chiropractor in ten thousand who is a crook--and rest assured, prosecutors would not hire a nothing like cody to testity in the above case--they'd get a real expert. he he he
Cody doesn't have the brains to be an expert. His writing is childish and angry. He has no clue what he's talking about. Sure, cody could be a rat. A monkey can be a rat--just tell them what to say, regardless of the truth, and voila!--instant expert. he he he See, if the rat does not say EXACTLY what the insurnace company wants them to say, it's 'bye-bye rat' no more work. So you see, rats MUST lie to keep getting more work from the insurance companies. It's that simple.
That aside, here are some of the real criminals. Enjoy.

The doctor above is not an isolated case. The problem is epidemic. Tens of thousands of MDs are over prescribing dangerous drugs to get that all important Hawaiian cruise so they can eat lobster and steak while their patients suffer and die. To them, its a fair trade off. Their patients die, they eat lobster.

Oh, and cody just lied. Big time. Then again, cody always lies.
His latest lie was "....they just got a nice prison term for fraud. Ripping off the Welfare system while also ripping off insurance companies for supposed "treatment", living in a million$+ home"
I read the article. It says nothing, NOTHING about Silverstein's practice. Nothing. It says NOTHING about him ripping off health insurance companies--nothing. Silverstein did rip off welfare according to the article--he just happened to be a chiropractor. Scores of people, who aren't chiropractors, rip off medicare.
See, cody is depraved and angry. He'll fabricate anything to sound important and bash chiropractic--- when all he is--is just a garden variety rat. See, it's simple: cody failed in practice (his own admission) and now he's angry and bitter. He can't figure out why he failed when most chiropractors succeed. Maybe, just maybe cody is an idiot? Just a wild guess.
Oh, and cody had ZERO to do with Silverstein's case, though cody took credit for ratting him out. Again, all lies. All of them. Cody had ZERO to do with the Silverstein case. Oh, but let's humor him and allow him to take credit for it.
Cody can do nothing but lie. Cody's word is worthless. He cannot be trusted. If cody told the truth his tongue would snap off. That quality serves him well in his 'rat' job.

just noticed that there is now an "electronic activator", the "activator V". I guess its for those ultra lazy quacks.

More quackery from these chiropractors.

When will it ever end? Throw more of these chiroquacks in jail.

Thanks for your concern about my career mr. chiropractor.

I moved on from chiropractic years ago. I now practice critical care medicine.

Quackery is ubiquitous in the chiropractic field.

Its never too late to get out. Even with those ridiculous student loans you took out. But I have a feeling that your anger is holding you back. May I suggest some professional help?

"Rock doc", Wisdom correctly pointed to the fact that MOST chirpractors in the U.S. engage in unfounded treatments such as the "pro adjuster" and the "activator". Not just a "few" but MOST of them.

Also, there was no reason for you to make up the "20% of the world's population" figure. You loose credibility with those kinds of statements.

All Chiropractors have seen miracles within the walls of their offices. The supposely 80% not being seen are just missing out on an awesome elective to wellness care. Chiro's are merely a spoke in the hub of health. Like us or hate us DrCallahan, we care and have clear intent to helping others... Have a good day and get adjusted...! ;)

"Intent", it is truly bizarre that you would suggest that Dr. Callahan (a chiropractor) get adjusted without knowing anything about him.

Your statement is classic cult bull crap.

But just for laughs, tell us which chiropractic "technique" you recommend to "locate and remove chiropractic subluxations"? Please link us the research.

Take your time. Remember, Dr. Callahan is a chiropractor and I was a chiropractor. This is a no baloney blog. And anecdotal stories such as your "miracle" claims are not evidence of efficacy.(not that chiropractors would understand anyway)
