LOUISVILLE - Mobile home owners at a park in Blount County are being hit with a tax they had never heard of - a personal property pass-through tax.
Uh, this is legal. It's a tax on the mobile homes. Why would anyone pay taxes on something they don't own or can't insure? Check the code with the state.
