Loudon County seeks new waste director
Loudon County's Matlock Bend Landfill, pictured Nov. 10, 2010, is not taking in enough money to cover the costs of its projected 2019 closing according to a draft of a report conducted by Knoxville-based Geosyntec.

I wonder why KNEWS Hugh Willett didn't ask Mike Atkins why he left Loudon County to go to work in Monroe County-- same job just different boss? Imagine working with Robert Harrison, landfill guru.
