I agree 100%.

And for those who do not undestand, or think "guns are for rednecks", go shooting with someone who is knowledgable and safe. How can you make a valid arguement until you understand?

Don't associate a firearm with a violent person. That is simply not the case.

I doubt you will ever hear of someone getting fired for having a gun in their car at work. As long as it is stored correctly. First of all, how would they know? Now if you go around telling coworkers that you have a concealed weapon in your vehicle it may be taken as a threat. That is why it is called concealment. Many average people have concealed weapons permits and are law abiding citizens.

Your statement, "Many average people have concealed weapons, etc" is STUPID. Your intent was good, your statement was not. 99.99% of people that have concealed guns ARE LAW ABIDING CITIZENS, NOT "MANY". Big difference.

if you work for the state of TN, firearms are not allowed on state property, even in your car. guards at state offices cannot even have a firearm, which I think is stupid. But that is state policy

Yeah,
As a combat vet I guess my experience isn't sufficient to have helped me formulate an accurate opinion of gun hiding tough guys. You carry a gun...... CONCEALED..........IN PUBLIC. there isn't any war going on. I don't know anyone of sound mind who'd ever find him or herself in a location facilitating the perceived need to pack heat. Those stupid asses who think guns solve problems, who might be on the prowl for a full on Hollywood "MAKE MY DAY" moment, are UNQUESTIONABLY looking for trouble.
By all means facilitate a permanent solution to a temporary problem..... Who knows' you may get to stand your ground and blow some kid away! I say all weirdo paranoid freaks and druggies.... violent creepy crust of society should get exactly what they want..Let Darwin sort it out. Its cheaper all the way around and all of these psychopathic could play out their scenarios to the bitter end. short and sweet.

No such thing as a "concealed weapons permit" in TN. It's a handgun carry permit, which allows for open or concealed carry.

why do the wimpy antigun people always lie and claim they are a combat vet, and go on to make machismo insults at people who take responsibility for themselves.

i get it you hate that we have guns, yet why do you feel a need to lie to try and impress others? everyone sees through it, you're more stupid than you realize by posting that and thinking anyone buys it.

you're also stupid about gun facts, that's why you just post the idiot antigun lines; you're right up there with Biden yelling "get a shotgun! get a shotgun!". fking idiots thinking noone sees right through this.

and the real problem here is that all antigunners still claim cops are somehow magically proven to be more competent, and more trustworthy; and you people never complain they now have full-auto short barreled suppressed weapons - yet you haven't seen one instance yet of them taking down streetgangs, jihadi's, etc.

those who pay attention can easily see, "no hesitation targets", google it, this is american middle class on every target, women, children, grandmothers. it's sick.

the jig is long been up, we're just waiting for the gavel, war will commence sadly, it would be avoided only if you would quit attacking; thus far you've only attacked the weak.

i'm ready, 24/7; more importantly my soul is ready; yours is already lost.
