I would have been Leo Mckern or Mr Peck, because evil is evil no matter what form it takes. You know this is so silly...This is all about hatred, racism, and fear that the GOP has been caught with their pants down, which they have. All sencient beings see this hipocracy. They defended w.'s debacle of medicare D plan rolling out, saying of course there will be some problems but they will be worked through, Dems worked with republicans to get it straighened out. But something different about this POTUS, Could it be his creamy mocha complexion? I think that is what it isall about.
No, not at all! You would've been properly cast as the obedient "rottweiller," the clueless but vicious one with no mind of it's own, the one destined to be hopelessly enslaved to the ugly, matronly agent of the devil! Hey, just like it is in your "real" life, huh?

I might remind you that an earlier post of yours was stated like this:

"O.W. take a nap, watch some more Faux News, masterbate to a photo of Rupert Murdoch or rush Limbaugh, then drink some warm milk and go to sleep."

That post in itself defines what you think is real "class." Besides, I thought bingo night at the Moose Lodge was tonight. Have you been shunned?

That's a great question NT. The answer is that this is not possible under the current law. That's because the employer mandate penalty relies on "controlled group" provisions, focusing on who controls the company -- not necessarily what they do. The government is very good at snuffing out businesses trying to skirt IRS regulations. I have always wondered why they are not as good at snuffing out welfare, food stamp and unemployment fraud. That's another topic.
Even if it were legal, it would be very expensive to pay incorporation fees numerous times. It would also be expensive to fill out numerous tax returns each year along with other federally and state mandated regulation paperwork.
I have to wonder why the ACA was very good at keeping businesses in line while allowing numerous loopholes for individuals to skirt the provisions of this law. The individual loopholes will be the death of this regulation unless they are changed. I honestly think our federal government actually thought that individuals would come in droves to sign up for ACA exchange plans. My personal opinion is that not only did they fail with the ACA website, they are also going to find out a lot of their assumptions were simply incorrect. Time will tell.
I guess they could but it would have to be two separate businesses then. A large business can and a lot will put their people on part time status. Obamacare says that if you have more than 50 fulltime employees or the total hours equal 50 or more full time employees the business has to provide healthcare anyway for all its employees. The only thing the partime status is doing is in relatively small businesses who are right on the border. It will also help to pay for the healthcare or penalty. The individual gets hammered.

refer back to the origional post it was in response to. It was very offensive...It was defensive and you do have a point, we all should raise the level of discourse here, I agree. I do not hate or want to hurt anyone, I want healthcare for all and a decent living wage for all in the midst of record proffits for corporations. I want accountability for CEOs, Wallstreet, and those that try their best to get out of paying taxes.

the Websites are just the beginning. They will get them fixed in due time. Now the question is just how much do you have to pay or better yet---how much is the deductible. If the subsidy you receive makes your payments almost nothing but you have to pay a large deductible, your screwed. Mine with 4 kids would run about $479 per month with a $13,000 deductible. Most hospitals and drs. offices are going to require you to pay that upfront. who's got that type of money.

I was wondering about the law in that. I have only been a sole proprietorship with no employees in my business ventures. Many of these companies may not even be incorporated. A lot of people don't wanna go thru that even though they have employees. Some may go as far as an LLC which, from what I hear, is cheaper. I was thinking maybe divide the company into two or more divisions by specialization, such as sales and clerical, warehousing, delivery, etc., all contracted back to one. I agree that the bookkeeping could be a nightmare, at least at first, but there are some who would rather do that than pay the fine, tax etc. Maybe they could hire CGI for a few hundred million to design them some software. LOL But so much for that idea.

I agree that it is going to fail. One thing the Federal Government has not learned in all the years of advancing towards a socialist agenda. The takers are not as ignorant as the Government thinks they are. For every regulation they try to impose to decrease fraud, the takers think of 5 ways to get around it. No matter how much they are given, they will always try to take more. That is one major reason it will fail.

It is a lot easier to keep a business at bay than individuals. They hired what 16,000 new IRS employees to handle the ACA for 350 million citizens, plus the illegals. The numbers will not permit it.
