Do you live in or near Crothersville Indiana? Sometimes the city on there is not where you are |
|
|
Whats wrong Dick? Is it hitting you in the arse that someone is talking about what a Third World city Louisville really is. Its pretty bad when thats a fact recognized by a great deal of educated people in this area. People much more educated and intelligent than you could ever achieve. Why is it that Kentucky is 44th among the states in income. One of the worst when it comes to health statistics. 47TH in EDUCATION? Forty seventh!! If you don't care then why are you here leaving your spittle all over the news site. Hahahhahaha. Why is it that the chitty of Louisville such a backward place. Backwards.
You can count statistics all you want when you count Southern Indiana which tends to be a more economically prosperous area of the metro outside of the East End. Or as some of the locals call it, Hurstbourne North. Richard, you're such an educated individual that you can't use don't in a sentence. Not to mention you are too lazy to properly use YOU in a sentence. It shows what type you really are. Why shouldn't people here start asking questions why half of Louisville is a crime ridden hole in the ground. You couldn't talk me into living anywhere west of Bardstown and Baxter anywhere north of 264. The south end isn't much better especially the areas between Dixie and Bardstown and above say the Outer Loop. So that leaves you with St. Matthews, Jeffersontown, Prospect, Middletown, and the like. Even Breckinridge Lane is getting pretty crime infested with car break ins. Its not the Louisville I remember as a kid. In fact, its going down the tubes quite severely. And it is going to get worse since you have lost most of your industry except for a bunch of low wage service jobs. |

Here's some more fine statistics about your fine so called city. Which is nothing more than a service job paradise where workers make next to nothing toiling every day just for a basic home and roof over their head. Meanwhile, THE CJ mentioned that the average income of Louisville workers is around 29,000. Not anywhere close to those 40 K jobs you are talking about. I know a lot of people in Louisville and they know what a mess the place has become. They know that their standard of living is going down, down, down. They know they are nearly flat broke. They've related it to me quite often. These people aren't garden variety idiots like yourself Dick.
Jefferson County, KY is 76.4 percent white as of the 2006 population figure. Of which 2.6 percent of the white population is Hispanic as claimed by census information. Which makes it 73.8 percent white and 2.6 percent Hispanic. Jefferson County KY is 20.2 percent black. Thats a fact. Also there is a 1.8 percent Asian population. So you need to get the point that it is the 90 plus percent of WHITES that gives you 85 percent white when you include Southern Indiana. Even people from Southern Indiana don't want to be associated with Louisville. The only reason they do is for work purposes. Otherwise they would stay home and out of your sorry state. Lets go to another point. Median household income, 2004 $42,239 Based on two incomes for many families and one income in some singles. Per capita money income, 1999 $22,352 Average is 11.00 hr. Persons below poverty, percent, 2004 14.8% Private nonfarm employment, percent change 2000-2005 -4.8% Nice job Mayor JERRY Keep in mind that they are speaking of an average income. You have multi-millionaires like David Jones, Schnatter, etc. living in Lousville. You also have executives pulling down $500,000 or more. A few of the big boys help to pull up the average. Medium income would be more respentative of what most ordinary folks make. Is that too hard to get through your head Dickster? Or are you just here to kiss the butt of your bosses that keep you in poverty and stupidity. Its your choice you know. |

and where did U get your statistics? from out of the air? Probally because you are too dumb to look them up. U dont like Louisville? Good stay the hell out no one needs you here. Now the reason i asked if you lives in Crothersville was this.you claim to be far superior in schools then could you explain why the avg score for a kid takign the SAT in Indiana is 493 but in your town it is 450 on the math? on the reading the avg in Indiana is 482.1 but where u reside it is 430?that was taken in the 2006-07 school yr.and why has your town been below the state level for every year except one since 97-98?oh you can find this by going to Crothersville Jr Sr high. i put where i find my facts. your sat scores in your school come to 890 combined for 2007 while Jefferson County schools students have a combined 1135. just some facts. Now go back and et nasty and do name calling like an ignorant kid you are. Ill continue to show you factual data.As far a poverty? I work for one of the largest food companies in the entire world. I think ill be ok |

Being a short order fry cook for KFC doesn't qualify you for being so intelligent. I actually looked up my statistics from the US Census Bureau as well as other places. Which is more than you've ever did. By the way, dumbass, I don't live in Crothersville hick boy. You would fit in well with the Crothersville mentality. You're pretty much one and the same as those people. My SAT scores well over 1200 when I took the test about 20 years ago. Which is before they dumbed down the standards during the 90s.
In fact, Ive never lived in Crothersville my whole life other than passing through there a few times. I will say that Yum must hire some real illiterates after reading some of your posts. It must be some of that who you know syndrome rather than what you know. That or as I said, you are nothing more than a short order fry cook. Sure that Jefferson County has such a superior educational system, its almost laughable reading the posts of most of the illiterates on here and everywhere else. Jefferson County has such a illustrious school system with kids bringing guns every day, knives, some real winners there. As far as an ignorant kid, I've been around quite a number of years at this point. In fact, since the 60s. Everything I have ever achieved in life came from hard work, self discipline, education, and good family background. That is something lost on some of your city compatriots. They are too busy sucking the right arse just to get somewhere. Its obvious when you see how a lot of them approach their work. Laughable how much professionalism exists in Louisville. I used to work there at one point. Its almost like being back in high school when you deal with some of the Louisvillians. By the way, you're not going to stop anyone from doing anything so why bother. But thats because you're an insignificant loser with a little wee wee. Thats why you get upset about people commenting the facts about your so called 17th largest city. Which was another lie being called the 16th largest or 17th now since you've been passed up again. Try again Kentuckian. Or is it Kensuckian. |

Another warning sign for Lousyville. Looks like the GE Appliance sector of the business in going to be sold. Just saw it on Channel 11. Looks like another Louisville area company going down the tubes pretty soon. More jobs lost. Those are the 40 to 60 K jobs Louisville still has left. Looks like they are going to be going out the door. All it takes is for a buyer to purchase the business and move it either elsewhere or to China. You're doing great Louisville.
Heres what your illustrious Mayor just said. Statement from Mayor Jerry Abramson on General Electric: “I reached out to General Electric leaders within the past 10 days based on my concerns about additional job cutbacks at their Louisville operations. Officials told me they were looking at possible reductions throughout their global operations, including Louisville, but they did not indicate that selling Appliance Park was part of their plans.“Louisville has been a successful and strategic part of General Electric for many years. We will certainly make the case – to GE or to any potential buyer – that Louisville is the best place to continue operations and headquarters. I will work Governor Beshear and our economic development partners at Greater Louisville Inc. to keep jobs, operations and headquarters in Louisville.” |

Only In your Opinion! |
Actually i have never worked for KFC or any other fast food place but thanks for caring. See i asked if you lived in Crothersville in another post but you forgot to get someone to read that to you like the rest of what is said. Im just trying to get a understanding for your hate of Louisville? You have not explanied. I still say you came over here and got your azz kicked and now u hate the whole city. Furhtermore just to help you out. I dont live in the city of Louisville and have not since i was 5. My Mayor is not Jerry Abramson and i dont give a flying f**k what he says or not.I love now how you have degenerated into sexual innuendo. You talk about little wees? is that what you like? seeing mens penises? Do you hang out in the public bathroom hoping for a peek? Im sure you do. And i do apoligize for calling you a kid. Should not have done that. Meant to call you a no account loser punk bytch who has to go to a corner and try to pick up your boys for 2 bucks a shot |
|
Please go somewhere and die. the world would be better off |
|
Actually the sell off of a part of a business unit is not always a bad thing. The federal Govt sold Naval ordnance and now that plant has grown. A company i work for was sold to a major corporation in 2001 and that company has invested heavily in the plant and made many improvements. Appliance Park is too big with too much manufacturing capability to just shut down. Look for Whirlpool/Maytag or Samsung or some other Appliance manufacture to buy it and do well with it |
|
