These days it seems whistling is just for the birds

I love to whistle and do it all the time. I don't get many compliments but do get complaints. Not because I can't whistle well but because I whistle. It disturbs people. But I still do it alot and enjoy doing it.

I was happy to see this nice, new article on whistling -- I'm always glad to see positive attention and energy being directed towards our art. While I've been interviewed and quoted many times, I was surprised to see my name being credited as a source for this article. My motto is "Whistling is an idea whose time has returned!" -- and it's, in part, through articles such as this, that people become aware of, get curious about, and check out whistling. For more information and to view live concert video, etc., I invite folks to visit my website!

Whistling became a Joe Sixpack thing. It was once some kind of habit, but nowadays it's just a matter of showing off how cool and self confident you are.
