Say no to high bills and excessive payments and salaries - Jesse Tilton, Clay Norris, Ken Raber, Estherine Davis, Art Hubert are over paid.$6m in salaries for public electric service. The salaries at this place are ridiculous.$6million. Then add hundreds of thousands of dollars for out of court settlements because the old widower CEO can't behave himself around smart white women and you have a mess. What other entity would bail out, time and time again, a CEO for his inappropriate behavior. I would hope one of these ladies would break stride and sue him and his crooked lawyer.

Your electric bill reflects these excesses. Don't pay 10-15% operational increases for the mistakes of Jesse Tilton in Raleigh. People should not get 10% salary increases, even if legislators call and demand it.

Rep Lucy Allen knows this happens and she is not stopping it. She knows the CEO has an issue with women.

You really must not know Miss Lucy very well. You see, if it doesn't produce dollars in her own pocket, you can forget about getting any support from her!
