Oh,wow. Thanks Mcdonald and Canter.Bcause of you and Obama we don't have the money to send to help our friends in need. You really
couldn't come up with any other plan.As always we can always depend on Washington to meet the needs of the people..

My question is: Who & how is it to be determined who gets what and how much? What would be the criteria for that determination? I would not be a recipient, but rather a donor. Thank you.

In fact, under new health care reform your health insurance company will no longer be allowed to cancel your policy if you get sick, we should be doing this already! search online "Penny Health" it is a good place to find insurance if you have illness like me.

Hey moron it's the Governor'responsibility to ask for federal help, they can't get involved unless the State wants them too. Blaming Obama on this matter is as idiotic as blaming Bush for what happened in New Orleans. You gotta be kidding me, I've met kids who just took 8th grade Civics that know this stuff.

And in case you didn't hear yet, Perriello got voted out. You got a little Rip Van Winkle syndrome going on?
