You can blame all of this on little Eric, he is the reason his area can't get federal help.
Another reason, them tea-partiers said that they didn't need any federal help, the state and private funds should take care of it. Yeah, see how thats working out.

President Obama doesn't have time to visit the Earthquake devastated Louisa County to see the damage, but has time to waste at a Chesterfield Fire station???????

Has he lost his mind?

He can kiss Virginia goodbye in 2012 for sure now!

Redistricting changed VA from Swing State to Republican anyways. But why are people so riled up about $100 million in damages, when Joplin had $3 billion? Fema's budget can't cover it.

Unrealistic? What would Obama say? A bunch of negative crap about monies not being approved or allocated. Maybe he could have donated $5000.00 from his pac like McDonnell did.

Regarding the Joplin tornado that killed 120 and did 30 times the damage of the Louisa earthquake:

House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA), however, said that before Congress approved federal funds for disaster relief, it had to offset the spending with cuts to other programs. The Washington Times reports:

House Majority Leader Eric Cantor said Monday that if Congress passes an emergency spending bill to help Missouri’s tornado victims, the extra money will have to be cut from somewhere else.

Cantor wouldn't give a shit about Louisa if they weren't people who might vote for him.
