This is why I stay away from new places. I try to let everyone else bombard the new places. Then when everythings settles down, I go. By then, all the kinks have been worked out and you get better service and better products. I never understood why people think they have to be the first one to try a new place. Hopefully, things will be better once the newness wears off.

They were not rude, we had to wait for a while but LOOK AND READ I am still alive, it did not brother us to wait,, I enjoyed seeing people I hadn't seen in a while & talking to them, Geez people you would think the world had come to an end because you had to wait,,, a new place always has a few things to iron out and they will get better as time goes by.
Why are you all doing this? Is it because Louisa has a new place to eat? As far as Giovann's i stopped going ther a long time ago. it was so nasty and the food was awful. so I don't think for sure we need 2 Giovanni's in this town. ROCKY TOP PIZZA I would rather have any day.
P.S. GIOVANN'S ALWAYS GAVE ME THE POOPS!!!!

A nice steak house would be great for Louisa. Ponderosa, Bonanza, etc. A real restaurant!

I don't understand what everyone's problem is. It's a new restaurant and just like everything else new that comes to this town, it becomes bombarded with idiots the first few weeks. I don't see why you're complaining about the wait time, you knew it was going to be busy considering they just opened. Did you honestly think that with all the people there the wait time wasn't going to be ridiculous? Half of Louisa has been there all weekend!

Why don't you go cry about it some more. It's just freaking pizza.

I just don't think we needed another pizza place. Can't anyone in Lawrence County open something other than a pizza place? Rocky Tops, Pizza Hut, Giovanni's, Dock's, Three Rivers Food Mart and I heard Papa John's may be coming. How much pizza can we eat?

We tried the new place and i was not impressed. First off at the prices they charge you wold think they would at least wait on you at the table. You have to get your own refills, your own napkins, theres nothing at the tables. We got our food and the pizza was doughy half done. Same for the sandwiches were cold in the middle. Does everyone remember that resturant that went in where the fittness place is? They started off with tons of customers but went belly up due to the same problems. There is too much competion in this town to start off on the wrong foot, they better turn things around or the owner will be filing bankupcey on this store.

If this place is any thing like the one in "OUT WAYNE", it will never make it. Takes 30 min. just to make a salad as big as a hambuger.
sorry BEN take a course in management. Price your food to make money, check the other pizza joints and price around them. GOOD LUCK!

You are right about that, if they would wait on you it would be alot better,but you can't blame that on the workers that is Benji's fault.He is like that over at the Wayne Rocky Tops too. The food will get better but,if it is any thing like the on in Wayne they will always be behind on orders and its hard to keep up with all the orders, they are not organized enough,thats if this one is run the same way as Wayne.You have to be very fast to work for him, and he will tell you that to. Benji is a great guy, but very hard to work for, he expects alot out of the people who work for him, they will all see that in time.

Im Not A Big Fan Of Gio's But I Love pizza Hut..But Im hopeing Rocky Topz Will Be Better..Im Trying It Out Saturday..Soo Ill let u know what i think when i try it out for myself..

Yes i remember that resturant that was at fittness place..lol cause i worked there!We was over loaded and it was very stressful and hard.We had to learn as we went and to the very end till it closed it was bad.So i know how hard it is to be in new place workin.

I don't wanna hear that they are slow because they are new, that's just bull crap
the workers should have been trained at the other rocky top pizza stores that were already open and running and so when this store opened the workers would have known what they were doing,,, my god they have brand new pizza ovens and machines,,so a 2 hour wait on pizza just makes no sense to me I'm from Louisville I lived there 11 years and I have seen some non stop pizza joints like good fellas, bearno's,wick's pizza

And they have just been slammed with orders and the longest I've waited was maybe 25 mins for a 20 inch pizza and i got a free drink for the wait
I just don't understand what the deal is at rocky top but they need to get there head out of there asses

I was talking about GIOVANNIS sauce. I had RT and the sauce was good not sure if it was the sweet or regular.
