THAT PLACE IS A JOKE AND WHEN YOU PISS OFF CUSTOMERS THE FIRST NIGHT THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT- THEY HAVE 22 WORKERS AND THEY COULDNT TAKE ALL THERE HANDS AND PULL THERE HEADS OUT OF THERE ASS AND MAKE A PIZZA RIGHT-- 2 PIZZAS AND NO ONE KNOWS WHAT TOPPINGS GOES ON WHAT PIZZA THEY DONT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SAUSAGE AND PEPPERONI.THIS TOWNS TO SMALL TO MAKE CUSTOMERS UPSET LITTLE CEASARS IS BETTER AND GIOVANNIS WILL NEVER BE BEAT LOL

At least they didn't lose your order, I never even got to try mine, called it in and it was going to be about 45 min, waited, then went to pick it up, guess, what they said that they had lost it, LMAO, they will never make it.

It would be a wonderful place for Giovannis to expand into. Rocky Tops was a good thought, but won't make it here. I saw numerous customers walk away last night with a 2 hour wait on pizzas. Pitiful. Good try though. Let Giovannis make it a second building for them.

Pizza was good. Not as hot as I would have wanted. Give them a chance, new staff, overload of customers would make it hard for any business to be at 100%. Face it Giovannis pizzas are terrible and Pizza Hut is crap, now Little Ceasars well I prefer frozen super market to theirs. I'm going to try their subs next. Rocky Tops service will get better over time. IMO Rocky Tops has the best pizza in Louisa.

Nobody can beat Giovanni's Pizza in my book. I have never got a pizza from there that wasn't good and hot. As a matter of fact, they have never messed up on my order either. I will try the new pizza joint out of curiousity just like everyone else but I really don't think it will even touch Giovanni's business.

Gio's is good but sometimes the crust is way too thin. I like thin crust but theirs is ridiculous when the toppings won't even stick. Rocky's will be ok if they can get organized. Did have good tasting sandwiches.

give it a try. the food is really good, and the new building is gorgeous. It was first day jitters and i dont thin k they had any idea exactlyn how much business they were gonna get. you can only make so many pizzas at a time. I might have only had certain kinds available and preprepared a buunch, but if they make thim as they are ordered, a pizza oven can only bake so fast, so no way they could keep up. they were telling people about the wait up front, so you knew.
as for the lost orders, that was new staff and the crazyness of their first day.

in my experiance, competition makes everybody better in the long run.

I called in to order and they said it would be 2 and a half hours. Rediculious. A large 1 toppings is almost $12. Man, they need to get a clue

who owns rocky tops? i like gio's subs & baked spaghetti, but their pizzas are too greasy.

Just got through eating some sandwiches. Service was about 30 minutes and very polite staff. The ham and cheese was great the steak well it was fair. I like Greaseannis steak sandwich better but the Rocky Tops Ham and cheese is a little better. But for Pizza Rocky tops pizza is the best in Louisa. Papas pizza was better than Pizza Hut, Little Caesars and Greaseannis. It would be a close race between Rocky Tops and Papas. Like I said earlier give them a chance to get settled in. The little mom and pop pizza shops are better than any national chains if you look around.

Have you all forgotten about Doc's Pizza and Three Rivers Mart's Pizza? Three Rivers Mart has the best pizza ever creaed! Doc's is really good too. I tried Rocky Top's Pizza and it was pretty good, the only complaint i would have about it is that the bottom of the crust was a little rubbery and tough. Overall i think theyre pizza was good. I waited an hour and a half for it just to try it though. Benji Queen owns Rocky Top's.

Well we tried to eat there about this evening and it took 30 mins just to get a steak sub and a 1 hour wait on a 9 inch pizza
this is stupid and NO I don't wanna hear that it's because there new,, these people should have been trained at the other stores before tryin to learn everything after they opened this makes no sense
they need to go ahead and close down,,

I havent had the chance to eat there yet,but good God people! they just open!I'm sure they will get better with a little time.Papa's pizza was the best in Louisa I thought.I'm glad we got another pizza place in Finally!Now Doc's pizza has always been good,but If I had to choose between Pizza Hut,Giovanni's or little C's... I'd go with Walmart! HA

Well its a new place so of course its goin be hard gettin food there fast...they are over loaded all at once with orders,prob nervous too with all the people comin in,i say Give em a chance,i know the other pizza places started out same way!!We need more pizza places cause not much here...Oh and i think DOCKS PIZZA is the best around louisa!But people dont have to be so rude and get mad that this new place, they will do better over time!

I called my order in 1 hour before i got off work and when I got there to pick it up they said that they miss placed one of my pizza's but if i did not care to wait that theu would fix it well hello I worked all day who in the world wants to go and have to sit and wait on the foord again because they don't know where they out it... well not me..... So i left and went els where... They have started off bad but we do need other places to eat and if they want to stay then they better step....

i worked at a new place b4 that opened and i know what its like gettin over loaded all at once with orders and people got mad cause didnt get food fast enough,it was very hard and stressful.Maybe you should just wait till the place has been open awhile then go eat there if they are too busy for you to get food fast!And if they lost your order,that happens to at a new place sometimes,i wouldnt go some place if they are over run and very busy.your just askin for trouble with your order.

If you don't know anything about Rocky Tops, they have 2 different kinds of pizza sauce. Regular and sweet sauce. The sweet sauce is awesome!! Rocky Tops is a great business - from the original on Buffalo Creek and on to the other chains. Just give them a chance. I've never had bad service or bad food from any of the other locations.
