We go to both Henley and Eppinette for different products. Both stores have plenty to offer. And people at both stores are always kind and helpful. Posts like this are trashy and have nothing to offer. This is just another envious crazy wanting to talk shit about good, hardworking families in this town. I am thankful for both stores. El Dorado needs all the fine business it can get!

Perfect excuse to take a short drive to magnolia . Gas is .15 a gallon cheaper and backyard BBQ is next door.
Plus Atwoods is cheaper than both stores in Helldorado .

Not really, I have found Eppinete to be cheaper on many many Items than atwoods, especailly dog and pet supplies and much cheaper on livestock feed.

I wanna know why they put up the fence to hide their pit bull puppy mill. It's was out in the open for 10 years. All those dogs out there in a 5x5 cage on that hot concrete. What a great life that must be. No room to run or exercise. No human contact. Just sad
I been there, those dogs are in 10x10 (not 5x5 )pens, all have shaded tops and they are fed better than you are , very neat very clean and very happy well socialized dogs, more chihuahas than pit bulls.

Sorry but a atwoods in Eldorado is not going to happen, The home office was looking at Eldorado at one time but has now decided against it, They now believe the Camden store was a bad move because it has taken about 20% of the sales from the Magnolia store, adding a store in Eldorado they fear would continue to take away from the Magnolia store also, Home office in Oklahoma has decided in the future they will not put in new stores any closer than a 50 mile radius of any of they current locations, the camden store is loosing money while hurting profits at the magnolia store, same thing has happened in other locations in oklahoma, adding a store in Eldorado would only hurt Cmden and Magnolia, I think you can safely bet NO atwoods will be coming to Eldorado. sorry.

Mr. Henley is a horse’s ass, have known him for years and I trade there weekly, but he’s a horse’s ass.
The Epp’s have good stuff, competitive pricing, but they have the same South Arkansas labor pool that every other retailer has to hire from… Fast food joints, restaurants, the chain stores, etc; Sorry, but you can’t make a silk purse from a sow’s ear and most of the applicants are “sow’s ears, not silk.)
Every business has it’s hang up(s) shop where you want, but please stop bashing these people.

No puppy mill at all, they raise maybe 3 or 4 litters a year, most of those dogs they have there are old dogs that are just livng there lives out, to old to bred the Eppinetts take very good care of all there animals, go by the horse farm on old rear rd, you will find some of the best In the country.

mrs Eppinette put that privacy fence up last yaer in front of the dogs pens just for cosmetic purposes when she did the add on to the house, just gave her nice place a prettier look without show casing a bunch of dog pens, I don't blame her, she has a beautiful home.
I miss Hollingsworth
I can't imagine why, they either did not have what you needed or it was so high in price it was rediculous...., the only reason they made it as long as they did... they were just surviving off the customers that did not want to put up with henlys BS.....Look what happened to Hollingsworth and there high prices soon as Eppinette added feedsales to the kennel supply and local shoppers had another choice ...

I've used Henley Feed over 40 years for different things, I still use them today. They might not roll out the red carpet for you, or start up the parade band when you drive up, but they always work with you if it is something they can help you with.....Eppinettes, on the other hand, asked me not to come back in his store (the older man) after I had to return 4 or 5 bags of Purina Horse feed, because when I got it home the horses turned their noses up to it, backed away and refused to eat it, not a good sign. I called Purina and they said all Eppinette had to do is return the product because they guaranteed their products and would take it back. I only bought one bag their in the year I used them that was considered fresh, made within the month (the dates on the bag) the rest was atleast 2 months old, or older, and the bags of feed you see sitting in the sun on the porch in 100% plus weather, well,,,,,,,,you do the math. The rest of the gang there was pleasant, but old man Eppinette is a complete ass in my opinion.....I now drive to Camden to a Purina dealer there to buy that feed,,,, they guy there tells me I'm not the only X Eppeinette customer he's gotten during this last year.
ps. I'm a big feed customer, but I don't guess Mr. E cares. It all worked out though, so, one day he'll get back what he sowed, so I'm not worried, but I just thought I'd take this opportunity to say........kiss my ass!
