He IS a BAD person. A "not" bad person does NOT do drugs! He choose addiction and prison, thats where he belongs. He will be out in 2.5 years or so, what do you want to bet he is back in prison within 6 months of his release?
It has NOTHING to do with the clinic closing...quit making excuses for this druggie! Alls it takes is for one to man up and go find help, if help isnt availible in the town you live in man up and move to where there is help!!
I do have compassion for him, but he has NO ONE to blame but hisself for the mess his life is. I would be the first there to offer help but judging by his record he wouldnt take it anyway...he loves his drugs more than anything else.
You dont know him. He is Not a Bad person, he tried to get help & he will try again. His family means the world to him. All the judging you do on others will come back to you in the end. You obviously have No compasion for anyone since you already said you would disown your own child & let the law kill them. WOW... You are not someone I would like to even have a conversation with so I will no longer reply to any of your judgmental posts!

If he was a good person he wouldnt be in prison, if he was such a good person he wouldnt have messed with drugs in the first place. If he really wanted to be helped he would be in prison, he knows it "looks" good to his friends and family, but he DOESNT want to change or he already would have. If his family means the world to him he wouldnt be a habitual offender. Its people like you making excuses for this man that isnt helping in the least.
There comes a time when you must cut ties will low lifes. Once they are all alone they realize just how bad they have messed up. Then then there is a better chance for them to change. Have you ever thought the best help you can give someone is no healp at all? As in just wash your hands of the person and let them swim or drown.
And it doesnt hurt my fellings in the least that a hug a thug as your self will no longer reply to my postings!

He and his wife are divorcing. Talk about money hungry people. Everything his wife has it's money she has taken from someone or someone's. He has nothing.
And, just how does this comment relate to the story? I do not know the atty, the claimant, or the atty's wife, but this comment is mean and pointless.

I see why you judge behind your screen. The difference between you and deviants, is that we would go up to your face and put your snob ass down. Torrez is a D.A., working undercover at the public defender office. You are a buster hiding and judging others. If you had any kind of morals you would use hour words wiser. I would hang out with a con over a ignorant chicken s*' like you anyday. Least they can be understanding.
