Wow, putting a collar on a cat is about the stupidest thing I have ever heard, good way to kill the cat by having it get strangled or starved when the collar gets hung up on a branch!
Use micro-chips instead! What about the young cat? Are they going to readjust his collar as he grows to keep it from being strangled?
