What about the people that saw him driving and his past dui three weeks before...Not a saint!!! Also what about his blood test showing drug and alcohol in his system. What about him buying the alcohol at the liquor store. Tell better facts. She shouldnt be put in prison for the rest of her life because of a accident. Why wasnt he wearing a seatbelt? Driver or not. She got a bad hearing and deserve releases after 12 years of pain. She has had major back surgery and other health issues from the accident.

"vehicular manslaughter and her fourth DUI" This is probably why, coupled with the fact that she has failed to take advantage of any of the rehab programs available to her. The parole board doesn't want her out on the same roads they have to travel. H-e-l-l, I don't either, come to think of it.
