A Los Gatos landscape contractor pleaded not guilty Thursday to one felony count of unlawfully causing a fire in the Santa Cruz Mountains after allegedly failing to fully extinguish piles of burning debris that sparked the devastating Summit Fire.

Sadly they are organized; all real gangsters are over 20 years old. In this case they used those kids to set a sample to the up coming gang members they got to do whatever it takes to get respect for the gang. By them doing stupid things like that they get more street credit (respect/fear). They need to lock them for life because if the don’t get a life sentence they just get more respect and when they get out they will poison more kids with the stupid life style. All gangs are terroris. They create fear in there neighborhoods to get and do things there way.

Why have we not had reports on the status of the Bailey case? He's the one who was arrested a year ago for keeping a shed full of explosives for fireworks on his Aptos property. It might be nice to know what is happening with the Live Oak arrest on similar charges too.

To be honest and fair minded, are both Smith and Pedroza the two gang members arrested for allegedly shooting into the residence, both lawfully entitled to reside in the US? How about their parents? Does Watsonville police ever check with ICE or does the Watsonville City Council forbid these inquiries due to their Sanctauary policy? Inquiring minds want to know!

They're being charged as adults! Once that ocurs, the little turds are fair game to be identified to the public for the little vermin they have become! Unfortunately, their parents are probably bigger turds and couldn't care less if their little larva protoges have been identified as vermin!
