LAUSD: Hundreds Involved In Fight At Locke High School

Four people were arrested Friday after a fight involving more than 400 teens broke out at a South Los Angeles high school, resulting in a campus lockdown, officials said.

I'm so sick of too many blacks and hispanics acting like animals! Gangs, violence, robberies, thuggery, girls dressing like hos, cursing in public, talking loud and foolishly!! My dad and mom raised us kids to go to school, obey the law, respect authority, to say "thank you" and "I'm sorry", and take responsibility for our actions and our lives. We're now grown, we have educations, good jobs, and our own homes. We studied, worked hard, and separated ourselves from foolish people. It meant not hanging around the wrong crowd. It meant long hours of reading, studying, sports, and other activities, or just staying in the house instead of hanging out on the streets. None of us got in trouble, nobody ever went to jail! None of us is on crack, we've never been on welfare, and we don't have any out of wedlock babies!! It's do-able!! What the he** is the problem? I say let them all just destroy each other, so blacks and hispanics who want to live like civilized human beings and be respected as human beings can maybe just start over!! Every day in the news, a black male has done this, or done that, or robbed this place or that person. And the worst part in all this, is blacks continually want to blame somebody else, cry racism, or be the victim. I am F***ing FED UP!!!! Black communities cause most of their own problems! And before I'm labeled a racist, know that I'm a Black Woman, so don't go there! If more black people thought like I was raised to think, maybe things would be better!

There was a riot like this not to long ago in Adelanto. It was all over what to watch on television, soccer or basketball. By the way for those who don't know Adelanto is also a prison. I wonder if this is the mentality or youth has now a days. A mentality that belongs only in the prison system and not our schools.

With 600 students involved there were only 4 initial arrests? This is insane. I guess it is alright to fight and assault people in the LA high school system. Probably wouldn't make any difference to suspend the kids. The school sounds like a breeding ground for the "hug a thugh" state of being. Honestly lets not make any suspensions, take the gang kids put them in the gym and let them fight it out till the winners walk out of finish it. Then maybe the rest of the kids that are going to the school can recieve an education.

Sounds more like you're hoping for that. Won't happen. Blacks and Latinos have co-existed forever without problems.(Remember, these are kids) It's the ignorant gangmembers who are turning (kids) against other races. It started in prisons and those gang members on lockdown try to encourage it on the outside. About three weeks ago in a high school in North Hollywood it was Latino students against Armenian students, which is not uncommon in Hollywood, Glendale and North Hollywood. So, don't encourage it. Instead, try praying for a resolve. That would be the adult, responsible thing to do, but no........

According to the nightly news White people are just the serial killers, reason for the Enron fiasco, reason for the greedy foreclosure fall-out, reason, most pedofiles, most known for bigotry towards every other race from the beginning of time, did I mention serial killers, oh, and serial rapist, reason for the saving and loan fall out a couple of decades ago, slavery, the holocaust, President Bush, Jeffrey Dahmer, Charles Manson, Ted Bundy, Jim Crowe, stealing America from the Native Americans, racist business practices that won't allow qualified people of every other race to excel when they try, did I mention serial killer, Richard Nixon, using experimental drugs on people of other races, currently trying to erase Christanity from off the earth. I couldn't agree with you more! there are a lot of white people in the news that commit crime's all over the united states and the media doesn't pay any attention to it.

how could you say he media doesn't pay attention. Jeffery Dahmer, John Wayne Gacy, Ted Bundy and Charles Manson all made big news. All had books and movies made out of the horrible things they did. It's been about 38 years since the Manson murders and he is still makng news. It would probably be hard to find somebody who doesn't know who Charles manson is.

yeah, the 'rich' kids, and the kids that are 'gifted' don't want to deal with real life. The 'rich' ones want the silver platter, and the 'gifted ones' have a meltdown when they don't get into Harvard. so they go whacko on us. I'm glad mine is average LOL
