The reason used by Antonio Villarigossa as to why special order 40 is necessary, which prohibits police from assisting Federal Agents from making inquiries into immigration status, is that crime victims will be afraid to come forward if they are here illegally, that they might be deported.

No one is comming forward from the nieghborhood, and no one is talking to police, when they do have information, and they could help locate these people.

It is against thier tribal laws to turn in killers

Villarigosa and his ties and loyalty to Mexico will be the death of law and order in Los Angeles. With a Mexican mayor comes a Mexican majority police force and soon, a Mexican gangland scenario for Los Angeles.

Just how many of these "gangbangers" are U.S. citizens? No one knows. why? If Villarigosa was pro-American (he even has affairs with Mexican adultresses) he would get the feds to sic the INS on these gangsters and have the illegal ones deported. Of course, Villarigosa then would lose his voter base.
